4/13- The grass is really growing. Please understand this is a pasture for my animals and not a yard. I will not be mowing this area until it is time to hay it. I want you to enjoy it but it is unnecessary to message me that I should cut the grass. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and a creek running through the bottom. Almost 5 acres of fenced pasture is used for horses and goats in the winter and hay in the summer. Grass will be long at times. The creek is shallow and lots to see and sniff! Tree covered places if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This is the 2nd spot and close to the 1st spot. Please be sure to follow the directions. My goal for these spots is to be available for all dog owners who need it. I do have clients that book a month out at a time in order to get the time they would like. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!

Our area is surrounded by rolling hills & beautiful trees 🌳, it looks and feels like 5 acres. Only 2 minutes from I-81 Exit #4 and only 4 miles from the I-40/I-81 interchange. Super easy access while traveling and just need a place to stop and let the doggos unwind. 🐕 35min from Knoxville, 35min from Sevierville, 1 hour from Tri-Cities area, and 1 hour from Asheville, NC. The perfect spot to stop and rest if travelling east or west on I-81/I-40. There is large double gate (main entrance) on the left side of the house that will lead you directly into the large backyard via a gravel walkway. You can back up right to this gate for easy unloading & loading. There is a small dog run (2nd entrance) on the right side of the house, fully fenced in area to leash and unleash. We offer benches and chairs to sit, with umbrellas for 🌞 & ☔️. FAQ: *Do you give a tour of your property? YES, we offer a free tour for any first time or new guests. We don’t want any visitor to feel nervous or unsure during their visit. So just let us know if you prefer a tour and when you arrive (before letting your pups out). We will take you on a tour and show where everything is located, how to open gates, show you the door to the restroom, etc. 😊👍 (Sorry this will not apply if we will not be home during your visit.) *What is a private Dog Park/Playground? Quite simply it means that you make an appointment through the app. Only you, your friends and the dogs you bring are in the totally fenced Playground during that time. You can book 30 min to 5 hours at a time. *Can you have a birthday party with children and your dog? YES *Can we have more than one car? YES *Can we take pictures? YES, PLEASE DO. *Is there an entrance fee for people? No *Can we bring lunch? YES *Will your dogs be in the yard? No, just yours. *Do you have a place for the adults to sit? YES. We have 2 chairs & 2 benches with umbrella. We also have a waterproof blanket for you and your pup. *Are the toys & bowls cleaned before each visit? YES, we offer sanitized bowls and toys. A large pasture with fencing around everywhere except the top of the creek crossing running behind it. Bring a towel and enjoy! The bugs are back so a head screen or bug spray might make you more comfortable. Chairs and tables and sometimes a hammock provided creekside! Please do not bring more dogs than you have made your reservation for. If something changes please contact customer service and they can add dogs to your current reservation. Perfect sized yard with a hill and flat space perfect to get your pups energy out. Great size for fetch or plenty of space for those with lower energy levels to sniff around. Fertilizer and pesticide free, grass and soft clover patches. No muddy areas so you don’t have to worry about them getting filthy. Garbage can provided to toss pet waste. Bowl for water provided to keep your pups hydrated.

We have over an acre, fully fenced. Pull right up to the marked gate by the small building and go right in. Tall trees provide shade and there is seating. Our dog Oliver shares his toys and we keep a doggy waste station available for easy cleanup. We live in the house on the property with our 3 dogs but want to share our spacious yard with others. Hi friends! Welcome to our Sniffspot :) we have a brand new fully fenced backyard, with a deck attached overlooking the forest. You may even spot some deer! There are no gaps in the fence, just lots of grass to run and play! Our backyard is flat, and has a latch gate to enter. We have a hose as well for your convenience. You can park right in front of the gate or beside the gate along the fence line. The spigot works , it just takes a second for it to come up.

The top pasture of this small farm is available for dogs to sniff and exercise. Sometimes there will be farm animal smells, horses and goats, and turkeys, rabbits and deer may also visit. There is a nice hill to tire everyone out, and a pretty view of my little farm. If you sit at the top and throw balls down the hill your dogs will get very tired! There is a picnic table, a swing, a table and various chairs, a splashing trough, a dog toy box, and a hose. Feel free to pull right in through the double red gates and close them behind you, to leave my neighbors room to drive past. This will also ensure your dogs don't escape when you open the car doors. There is a large horse water trough, feel free to dump it and refill it if you need to (and if you're strong enough!) There's also a large box of dog toys, if your dog tears one up you can throw the pieces in the trash, they're all disposable.

Beautiful fields and woods for as far as the eye can see. Trails cut in the woods, trails cut through the fields. There is literally a trail I mow that winds all the way around the property. You can walk a sunny trail or a shady trail...my wife and I walk this trail with our six...yes you read that correctly SIX dogs just about every day. We are so lucky to call this home..I thought why not share it with you guys.

Fully fenced yard for your four-legged pals to play & chase squirrels to their little hearts’ content. There are shady & sunny spots to enjoy, as well as a comfy deck for the humans. *Please note this is not a rural setting. There are dogs next door that will bark when they see your pups (if they’re out). They usually stop in a couple of minutes (unless your pup remains reactive). They’re harmless & unable to jump the fence - no danger to you or your dog/s. But this is not a good fit if you or your dog/s are triggers by others.

Let your fur babies play out their energy on over an acre of land with small hills, 2 ponds, a creek, and plenty of shade trees. It's not fully fenced in, but there's some fencing and gates to keep them safe. It feels like you're in the country but we're less than 10 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge.

My yard is a work in progress but I am happy to share it with you. Fully fenced in yard with 8' wooden privacy fence. (I have just had trees cut when pictures were posted, but the tree debris will be cleaned up before bookings start!) There is a trampoline swing, firepit with plenty of wood, covered deck with lights, table, chairs, and sofa. 15' Trampoline with mesh netting will be available soon. During growing season grab a fruit or veggie from one of the 4 square raised beds in the back off the alley; I'm happy to share. There are two entrances to the space; one on the side near the front of the house and another at the rear of the house accessed via an alleyway. Both entrances are fully detached from the house and available to you. Help yourself to the bucket of tennis balls on the deck stairs, or to the "guest box" on the fence near the back where you will find sunscreen, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and dog treats. City trash cans are located outside the fence in the alleyway. Please don't use the one marked 407, as it belongs to my neighbors. I don't use any harmful chemicals in my landscaping. My dogs are all fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/ tick meds as well. I *try* my hardest to clean up their potty messes, but step with caution. I use part of my deck as a work space, please leave the paint and DIY tools alone.

*UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

Here there is enough space for running around and chasing the ball! Large dogs are welcomed, but I believe this spot is best suited for small to medium sized doggos! Directly outside of the fence is a table and some chairs. The table should stay in place, but chairs are welcome to be moved so long as they are put back. Parking is available in front of my house on the street. Warnings: - There is a grated drain at the bottom of the backyard! Use caution around that area. - In effort to help pollinators, most of the grass is short, but I haven't cut it along the perimeter. - Security system is in use with a camera, however, I respect your privacy so long as you respect mine! :)

This is an open unfenced yard with lots of space. Inside restrooms and an open and friendly environment. Snacks are provided as long as you ask and hey you don’t even have clean up we take care of all that for you

Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

Large, flat grassy fenced in area for unleashed dogs on a 20 acre farm and wedding venue (Hidden River Events) next to the Swannanoa River. Parking is just outside the fence on the grass. There is a large deck with seating for relaxing while your pup(s) play. If it has rained within 24-48 hours of your visit, the spot will be muddy (even though it is a grass pasture) so it is good to bring towels for your pup. The fenced area has no trees so, there is an umbrella provided. If you use it, please close it before you depart. Horses and goats reside in their own fully contained pastures on the property away from the Sniff Spot.
