It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets and close the gate behind you - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - However, Please remember extra water for you and your pets. I will always inspect the fencing before your arrival due to deer that like to jump across our fencing. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are in the black cabinet inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. Even though it is all grass, we have mowed trails and shortcuts that should help you walk through our fields. Watch out for fire ants! Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. Welcome to Lucy’s half acre private dog park where you, your family, friends and furry companions can run, play, explore, exercise, relax, and even have a picnic. It’s a great and safe place to be with your loved ones. The park is securely fenced and private. There are trees, a shade sail canopy and a nice area covered shelter with a roof and fan to get away from the elements. We provide chairs, hammocks, a glider, a picnic table, kids play equipment, dog toys, water, etc. The park has a slope which can provide a great way for you and your pup to exercise. A nice big area for your pooch to dig is available as well as plenty of spots for your dog to roam and explore. Some areas are uneven and hilly which adds to the fun of exploring. Come and enjoy our secluded private oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Every spot is very unique which is the fun part of Sniffspot. We want visitors to have clear expectations before their first visit; this is why we provide so much detail in the description. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions, so we can ensure you have the best visit possible. Parking: Please park in the gravel driveway, not the concrete driveway. Do not park in the grass as it becomes damaged over time. If you arrive early, feel free to hang out on the swing next to the gravel driveway. Chain Link Gate Entrance: Walk down the gravel driveway to access the chain link gate entrance. Next to the man gate, there are water canteens, water bowl, dog toys, dog towels, bug spray, white bucket for trash, and dog treats majority of the time. We do our best to keep the water canteens at the entrance full with water. The only water hose to refill water canteens or rinse your dog off is at the house. There is a water hose on a reel at the front and back of the house. At the entrance, we have a solar light which only lights up the entrance. If you are comfortable being on the property past sunset, head lamps and flashlights can be provided. We will leave the outside house lights on which provides light in the back yard but not the whole property. Also, if you turn your car headlights on, the lights point directly at the field providing some light. Nature: 3 sides of the property run parallel to a creek and woods, so you might see critters (i.e. turtles, snakes, deer, raccoons, birds, crawdads, ants, etc.). Closed toe shoes are a good idea to wear. In the wooded section, there are wood chips, so they easily get caught in flip flops. Open Field: There is a large open field when you first walk through the man gate. In the field, there is a metal glider, two metal chairs, two swing chairs, and table. There is a dome climber play center for kids and a trampoline. Dogs and kids are welcome to jump on the trampoline. (Note: There is no longer a safety net around the trampoline.) The open field holds water after a good rain. We put straw down to help prevent mud. Woods: Towards the back of the property behind the house, there is 2.3 acres of open space with plenty of shade from the mature trees with two hammocks and a fire pit. If the field is wet, we suggest hanging out behind the house in the woods. The ground is always more dry. House: Our house is located on the property within the fenced in area. During visits, we always stay indoors with our dogs with the blinds closed to give guests their privacy. If we happen to arrive from work or errands during a visit, we park at the end of the driveway and walk through the driveway gate straight to the house. We try to message our guests ahead of time if we might arrive during visiting hours. If your dog is reactive to strangers, we certainly appreciate a message stating that, so we can plan better. Creek/Kiddie Pool: To the right of the large open field, there is another man gate that provides access to a creek. The creek is not fenced in but is on our property. The creek has a small sandy beach for digging, two lounging chairs, and a small table. Our dogs swim in the creek almost every day. We keep a long orange leash at the creek gate in case your dog wants to enjoy the creek but has selective listening skills. The leash is long enough for the dog to get in the creek while the owner stands on the bank. (Note: The previous owners buried their trash for years on the creek bed. We are in the process of cleaning it up. The section that has trash is barricaded off with black netting, so dogs can't access the area with glass, metal, etc.) We understand some people don't want their dogs swimming in the creek. We have a kiddie pool, 30 gal black plastic stock tank, and splash pad available during warmer months. The water hose is on a hose reel at the back of the house. Feel free to fill it up with water for your dogs to cool off. Neighbors: We have neighbors that have indoor dogs. Our fences do not touch at all. However, when their dogs are outside in their fenced in back yard, they can see visitors at the main entrance. The neighbor's dogs will bark out of excitement when they see visitors. If you walk back further on the property, they can't see you and won't bark. If your dogs are reactive to the sight or sound of other dogs, this spot might not be the best fit for your dogs. Lastly, we have a neighbor across the creek and through the woods with a rooster. The rooster can't be seen but can be heard at times.

We have a huge fenced in backyard, around 1/2 acre, and there’s a smaller fenced in area in the backyard. During the summer when it gets hot we’ll have a kiddie pool and a water hose you’re free to use. I can also provide a few chairs, and water for the pups if needed! **Our neighbor has a dog (who's a very sweet boy) who lives outside and shares a fence with us. Some guests have dogs that are very reactive so I wanted to give a heads up!

Zoomieland sustained significant damage from Hurricane Helene. We will need to remove mature, fallen trees and repair a good amount of fencing. We will be closed for the foreseeable future. Zoomieland offers more than an acre of flat, open, fenced-in doggie joy and is spacious enough to reach full-on sprint speeds to get those zoomies out. Located two blocks from the heart of downtown Fountain Inn and one mile off of 385, Zoomieland offers easy parking in the rear of the Younts Center, next to Excel Academy. Entrance is the small gate next to the parking lot. The field has some mature oak and pecan trees, providing shaded spots throughout the day. Feel free to move the chairs to where you and your pups will be happiest. Just some little warnings: There are some prickly-type plants in the vegetation - I recommend that people avoid those areas. And watch your step as the field has some uneven areas and some active ant mounds. After very heavy rain, check with me and I can tell you about field conditions. In general, the field does not create muddy conditions, nonetheless, I provide different sizes of towels to help with any dirty paws. Also, I'm not a stickler for time. If you arrive 10 minutes late, then stay an extra 10 minutes. If you arrive 5 minutes early, go on in. If you're running late, check with me and I'll let you know if it's okay to stay any later. Please feel free to upload pictures of your pups on my Sniffspot listing! :) Zoomieland is home field of Deuce, Fountain Inn Police Department K-9. We donate access to our Sniffspot so that he can enjoy Zoomieland too!

Yard has leaves because I like them :) Please avoid the area around 10 feet around house to minimize chance of your dog hearing mine :) Please pick up and remove any dog waste and trash from your visit. Poo bags and toys are usually provided for reservations made 24 hours in advance, and I will try my best to make sure last minute reservations have fun goodies too :)

Our fully fenced in yard is perfect for a pup playdate! The fence is solid so there are no visuals of other dogs. The ground is flat and there is access to a large hill outside of the fence for some on leash fun. There is a large tree for shade during the summer or your pup can cool down under the raised deck. Driveway parking is available and there is a hose connection and trash can on the way to the fence gate. Fostering? Frolic for free! Just send us a message to set up your visit.
