Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. It can be a great retreat for you and your dog and any young children to come play and/or relax. We have lots of toys for your fur kid (and human kid if notified ahead of time 😁). Beautiful backyard against an old growth forest with massive trees and frequent deer sighting. Fully fenced with 6 ft vinyl coated chain link for safety. There is a great hiking trail behind the house! *(Hike is not fenced in)* If you’re interested let me know and I can point you in the right direction! There is a trash can for poop bags on the driveway side of the house. Also there are stairs to get down into the yard that don’t have a hand rail so if you’re elderly or disabled please use the vehicle gate at the end of the driveway! *Just make sure to check that the pedestrian gate by the front door is closed as well.*

Fence backyard that is spacious, with sturdy fencing all around to ensure the safety of the dogs. It’s landscaped with grassy areas for running and playing fetch, along with shaded spots for resting. Overall, it’s a haven for pups to socialize, exercise, and have a great time! When you’re looking at the house from the front, the entrance is to the left. Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Almost Two Acres across from Redan Park, honestly a lot of people shy away from dogs at that park. I welcome any dog as long as you are in control of it and it's not a nuisance. I used to Manage the kennel at Atlanta's largest shelter so I am very comfortable with any dog. The property has 2 fenced areas. One including my home that is available as long as my dogs are inside (which is often) and the driveway is another fenced entity (gate can be closed at street). Both areas are fully fenced and available.

It's a beautiful and very spacious backyard where my labradoddle absolutely loves playing fetch.

This is a large fenced-in yard with a firepit and plenty of seating for the dog moms and dads.

Great shady open space. Lots of fun critters to see and observe (birds, squirrels, etc). Table and chairs to bring food or work to. Hammock to enjoy while dog runs around. Access to hose for water playing/drinking. You can hear our neighbor dogs however both the neighbors and myself have a fence, so you don’t have to worry about interactions.

THE PARK: Amazing field for your pets to roam freely. With over 7 acres of fully fenced area , your dog will definitely have a great time exploring. Perfect for reactive dogs to have a safe and secluded area to roam around. Tons of open space and shade for the summer days or a a nice walk during the chilly fall/winter season. Take a seat and enjoy our resting fire pit area with shade and a water bowl is provided for your pets ( They will be tired out after all the roaming!) Toys and dog poop bags are included. Not only will your dog love this park but owners will also have a peaceful time. HOW TO GET THERE: Entrance to park is a bit hidden but will be located on the right side facing the house. I have a photo showing the entrance on the listing. Parking area will be passing down the field close to the pavilion or you can simply leave the car parked at the main entrance. Make sure to close main gate once inside to sure complete enclosure of the park. THINGS TO NOTE PLEASE READ: Although park is completely fenced, the second part of the park passing the red gate does have barb wires and large gaps that escape artist can wonder off too. Backstory: My best friend Scooby took an early trip to dog heaven so he never got a chance to play in the land now dedicated to him. His younger brother Koko and Lukas definitely have a blast when they roam Scooby's Dog park. With every visit, I just know that Scooby is welcoming all dogs that come through the gate. He was the most friendly dog and best friend anyone could ask for ( just didn't like to be messed with when he would eat ). Although I couldn't have that experience with my Scooby, I hope you have a peaceful and playful time as you visit Scooby's Dog Park.
