Rent safe and private fenced dog parks hosted by locals in Washington, District of Columbia

This is a pretty small backyard and we’re really mainly looking for dogs who want to play with and tire out our puppy! Enough space to run/roll around but would be cramped with more than 2 dogs.

Designated parking in a large fenced-in yard in Chevy Chase DC. Dog food, water bowls, toys, balls, and outdoor bedding provided. Your dog will have a blast at our place. Can provide additional items as needed-just send us a message! Due to our busy schedules we have a 24 hour notice for bookings for non-members, but we can be accommodating! Just send us a message and we will try to make it work!

Located in a quiet area of the Benning Ridge neighborhood, just near Fort Dupont Park and the hiker / biker trails (a great place to walk), our big-for-DC fenced back yard is a great place to throw the ball with your pet, stop for a break, and have some nice dog play and space to relax in the city where there are not many dog parks nearby. We are a dog family, and have a smooth fox terrier in the house, and if you request the time to be completely private, we will make sure he stays inside! But don't be surprised if he's staring out the window!

hi! welcome to a cute yard with a patio and plenty of chairs for you to sit on and have some bonfire if you like! we also have a small stairs for dogs to run through the front and back yard if your dog likes to jump! patio is a perfect place to stay in shade and stay cool while watching your dog playing!

Makda's back yard is a private oasis in DC's Capital View neighborhood. The enclosed space is approximately 30ft x 30ft with both grass and concrete areas and a lovely covered pergola with seating for humans. The space can accommodate 2-3 medium-large dogs comfortably with enough room to run and play. A water hose with storage reel will be available to connect to the outdoor water spigot along the side of the house for drinking water and use with our Splash Pad and Wading Pool (available to rent). There is ample street parking in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles.

Patio furniture is a available for guests to relax while your dog gets comfortable in this quaint space.

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! With enough booking notice we provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray and sunscreen, and poop bags! Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Our fur babies love it and we know yours will, too!

There is some information for you. 1- We have parking spot for one car (you can use the driveway or also park on the street in front of the house). 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

Fully enclosed fenced backyard. Lots of space to run and chase balls. Wide open. Lots of shade in the morning, full sun for a couple hours during the day, and scattered shade from neighboring trees in the late afternoon.  Pesticide-free and natural lawn care, maintained and mowed on a regular schedule. Soft plush grass that feels good on paws and feet. Bring a blanket to lie down on and have a picnic! I'll be getting two rocking chairs in a couple of weeks!

Fido will LOVE ❤️ this huge open space with both sun ☀️ and shade 🌳! Great for playing fetch, getting out the zoomies, or relaxing in a chair under a huge oak tree 🌳! Fur-parent will love the peace, quiet, and sounds of birds chirping. The perfect place for fur-baby and fur-parent!

Beautiful yard in Arlington Heights with patio table and seating. Dog bowls with water are on the patio. More water is available from the hose by the side door (April-Oct).

20,000 square feet of fenced in lawn. There is a walking path around the property leading to an open field boarded by Popes Head Creek. Please keep your dogs on a leash. Please put bagged poop in the dark green trash can in front of the garage when you leave.

Enjoy our private, fenced dog park just 1 mile from Downtown Silver Spring. We have plenty of room to run around, hills to climb, and dirt to dig! We provide a quiet spot for doggy play and are happy to provide some toys and fresh water.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

*With summer it's getting a little buggy right now. There is bug spray on the back table for your use, if you need it.* *The lawn just got a fresh cut as of 5/19. It looks great, so come on by and check it out!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Fur-Get Me Not is a leading daycare, boarding, and training facility in the area. We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. We work with many rescues and also reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the need to provide a safe play space for these dogs and happy to offer our facility as a stress-free option.
