Hi! Thank you for considering Great Oaks as a welcome, safe spot for you & your pets. I am a lifelong animal lover & Master Gardener. When we moved into this home we designed the garden with walking paths, shade & sun to enjoy the climate & weather changes. As a pet owner & lover I have served as a Board Member for the Aiken SPCA. In the early ‘90’s a few of us got together & helped open The SPCA Thrift Shop, which still operating today. Later I worked as a Front Desk Volunteer at the Aiken County Animal Shelter. I have always been a trusted pet sitter. However, I recently became physically challenged & find myself helping care for special needs & senior pets. Completely Fenced in out in the country. I have my dogs secured in the back yard and are only let out when we do our chores or basic obedience training and they are always supervised.
Welcome to our huge, fully fenced yard – the perfect playground for your pup! Our Sniffspot offers ample space for dogs to run, play, and explore in a secure environment. With minimal to no distractions around, your dog can enjoy a peaceful and fun experience, leaving them tired and happy after their visit. Whether your pup loves to sprint, sniff, or just lounge in the sun, this spot has it all 🙂
3 acres of nothing but room for your dogs to run. We have a small wooded area at the back of the property there’s farm animals across the fence that you can hear/see but not get to. Yours dog/s can dog where they please. No need for poop pickup as I will handle all of that. There is also a screened porch for the owners enjoyment as well. Feel free to sit on the porch or by the fire pit.
Take a walk through Wonderland with your dog. That's right this dog friendly area is great foe adults,kids and dogs. It features a walking trail in the woods all decorated along the way telling the story of Alice in Wonderland. Dont forget to stop at the All Creatures Sensory Park the is completely fenced in featuring agility equipment foe your dogs and kids to play and climb all the way to Alices's treehouse. In the tree house you can read a book take a nap with your pet or admire all the beautiful nature surrounding you. There are Too many sensory areas to list from sight,sounds and touch. Don't forget to get on of the swings or let the dog take a dip in the pool. Just be sure to place dirty toys in dirty bin and scoop behind your pet. All proceeds go to feed the wildlife and support our local rescue.

Quiet and peaceful spot to come and sit and enjoy while your fur babies take off and enjoy their zoomies. Lots of space to run and play and sniff and go potty. Swimming pool available and toys. There are two chickens on the property in a closed pen.
