Our serene Sniffspot located near the intersection of Mutton Hollow and Thornfield Rd in Kaysville, Utah. Our property spans just under an acre, offering a diverse landscape for your dog's enjoyment. We also have a slatmill your dog can utilize upon request. The area is predominantly grassy, providing ample space for running and playing. The terrain is a mixture of gentle and steep hills, adding an element of adventure to your dog's exploration. Mature trees dot the property, creating a forest-like atmosphere with plenty of shade and interesting scents. We keep up on our pup's every week, but we can pick up before your visit upon request. A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

Welcome to our mini dog gym, inside you'll find a brand new way of exercising your dog. Slatmills are propelled by your pup so they're in control of the workout ensuring that they're comfortable. This small Sniffspot may not appear to be much, but it's a great space during inclement weather or a pitstop before work. Test it out today! Slatmill is located in the interior of garage. You will also have access to the backyard, which is shaded most of the day. Warning, the neighbors directly behind us have one barrier reactive dog!!

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

This is still a work in progress as far as the park goes. Dogs outside of the park area will need to be on a leash... even though it is fully fenced... some of the fencing is not all dog proof. We are hoping to have this ready by November if not we'll open it in the Spring. We've had dogs come here for visits but all the amenities on this listing are Not yet in place. We will update this description as it becomes ready. Thank you for your patience and we eagerly look forward to meeting you and your fur family. Dog park is $10 each visit, access to all the amenities minus the agility course. Agility course is an additional $5 more. We also offer medium -large dog boarding. Limited space. PLEASE plan ahead and book in advance. All dogs must be current on their vaccines and current on deworming. No puppies unless they've had all their first shots (3 sets) at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Or if they were bred by us they are welcome. Any puppies and dogs raised or bred by us, or adopted from us recieve a discount....otherwise dog day care is $25 a day OR $500 a month(5 days a week for 4 weeks) And while this is common sense...if your dog is sick please stay home. Come another day. If you're dog isn't friendly...let us know before you book so we can schedule you in to where you and your dog have the best experience, and we can keep other guests happy and safe too. THANK YOU. It’s fenced in, just to warn you our neighbors do sometimes have their dogs outside and the fence is chain link atm. We have parking on the street right in front of the home and the gate to the backyard is on the right past the trash cans.
