Overall Site Description - Two separate (side-by-side) fully enclosed softball fields that also serve as a semi-private exercise park for dogs. The grassy outfield and secure fencing provide plenty of room for dogs to run and play, while owners can enjoy the open surroundings. With no permanent shade structures, visitors often bring their own chairs or canopies. To maintain the looking clean fields, please pick up dog waste, children play here too. Thank you!

Has your dog become a couch potato? Bring it on out for some good conditioning. Recommended for hunting/sporting dogs and large dogs, we have 100+ acres fenced in with 10' tall fence. Owner will need to walk with their dog (off leash of course) since sight of your dog is limited. The property includes a creek that runs across the front of the property, crop fields (currently soybeans), wooded areas, wetland, and some gentle hills. You can walk the perimeter of the fence and down many trails. It takes me about 40 minutes to walk the front part of the perimeter I cover with my dogs. There is a pond but due to the heat, it is currently covered in algae. Your dog will have access to the creek for drinking, swimming, and playing in. There are a few plastic Adirondack chairs set out for resting. Depending on the time of day, you may hear and/or see my dogs and our rental house occupants dogs. There will be no other dogs inside the fenced area when you visit. This is also in a farming area, so you may hear livestock from neighboring farms. I cannot guarantee that your dog will be clean or stick-tight free when leaving but they will have fun and be tired. This is a great spot for conditioning your upland bird dog before hunting season. No shooting or hunting on our property.

This is a private residence with a very large backyard fenced in. We are set back from the road so once you are in our back yard it feels like you are 2 hours + north. In the summer we are often traveling with our children and dog. We are blessed to have such a large piece of property in this area. Some amenities are available and since we are new at this we are looking to see how this goes before adding additional features. At this time the house will be locked up but you are welcome to explore the yard and we have some heavily wooded trails and the very back of the property where often deer are seen. Garden hose, electrical outlets and water dishes available on the backside of the house. We have 3 separate entry/exits along the gate. You are welcome to use any of them, just please close the gate upon leaving. Parking is open to the driveway or the yard. Be aware of a small shallow pond in the front yard. We do not use pesticides or fertilizers on the grass at all but we may use some in the flower beds only. Please clean up any dog messes and a trash can is provided. Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence.
