Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. A person ten (10) years of age or younger is not permitted in a dog park. Any person eleven (11) to fifteen (15) years of age must be accompanied by an adult (18 years of age or older) Any person in charge of a dog must be sixteen (16) years of age or older. Any one person may not be in charge of more than two (2) dogs at a time. Dogs are not permitted in a dog park when the dog park is closed or outside of the posted days and hours of operation for the dog park. Dogs are not permitted in a dog park when the dog park is dark and unlighted. Park Curfews apply. A person bringing a dog to a dog park must have a leash available at all times. A dog must be kept on a leash until it is inside the dog park. A dog must be placed on a leash before it may be taken outside of the dog park. Notwithstanding the fact that a dog may be off leash in a dog park, a dog must be under the control of the person in charge of the dog and must be in view of that person at all times. Excrement must be promptly and completely picked up and properly disposed of by the person or persons who brought or allowed the animal into the facility. Human food is not permitted within dog parks. However, dog treats are permitted. The person in charge of a dog is responsible for any damage to the dog park caused by the dog. Holes dug by a dog must be filled in and any turf damage must be repaired. The person in charge of a dog in a dog park is responsible for any injury to any person or other dog caused by that person's dog. Any person in charge of a dog in a dog park must comply with all posted rules and regulations. Any person engaged in any activity assumes all risks associated with such activity and is liable for any damage or injury caused by said activity.

Such a great, easy to find little spot to play fetch, practice recall skills, and get the wiggles out in a really low-distraction environment. There is fresh water, a trash can, and toys - my dog loved pulling all of the toys out of the bucket and playing with each one. When we visit next, I’ll bring a little camping chair to post up in the sun since the patio steps are in the shade.

Nice, quiet spot with toys, water, and even street parking right out front. Host was great to communicate with (answered my questions promptly and kindly — this was our first Sniffspot!) and cleaned up the yard before our arrival since there had been a big windstorm. Even let me know where the toys for the small dogs were kept ☺️. My chihuahua is an extra small escape artist, so I let his long leash drag lest he dash toward through the open meshing on the double gates - but it was easy enough to keep him blocked off from the gates and not at all stressful (a nice break from walking around our own very densely populated apartment complex 🤣). He was able to peek through the gates at the sidewalk out front and also run around the privacy-fenced back yard. Good space for us to play fetch and get sniffs in. This was a good, clean, easy to find Sniffspot. Secure fencing and did not see anyone while we were there. One note for people with noise sensitive dogs: there is a lot of ambient noise all the time.
