55Huge yard! Part of it is a fairly steep hill with a more level area at the top. Great spot if you have little kids too, cuz there's a great kid play area right by the house. There was a barking dog on the other side of the fence up top, but our dogs weren't bothered by it. Also a rooster crowed occasionally in the other neighbor's yard.
