No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. One is a hound, so . . . ** there are poop bags interspersed along the fence line for your convenience. Pictured above. All Sniffspot proceeds made from this yard go to Fur Kids shelter.

Welcome to Louie's Oasis! .25 acres of space for your pups to explore. Our backyard offers a flat area of grass, along with a wooded area with pine straw. The wooded area of our backyard is on an incline. This area offers plenty of shade for your pups to sniff and explore, or get in some exercise by running up and down! We have chairs, a bucket of dog toys, and a water bowl for you to utilize during your visit. We have two seating areas, one or the other is generally in the shade depending on the time of day. Feel free to move chairs around to shaded areas! You can park in our driveway, or in the parking spaces directly across the street. There is an elementary school across the street that has plenty of parking spaces on the weekends or evenings when school is not in session.

Bring your pups to this completely fenced, shaded, and sunny lakeside spot! Feel free to use the chairs outside to relax without worry while your pups roam free. Bring a book, cooler, and Bluetooth speaker and you’ll be set! There are two water spigots…one at the back of the house and one down closer by the lake! There is also a trash can at the back of the house you can use. Humans are not allowed to swim in the lake, but dogs are welcome to play and jump. If you would like to use the canoe, that is an add-on. If you would like to go fishing (with your own equipment), that is an add-on as well.

My personal fenced-in yard is accessible without any stairs and is ideal for furry friends of all ages and sizes to run or roam. There is also the large Cabbagetown Park just around the corner (~250 feet away), plus walkable restaurants/coffee on Carroll Street, the Beltline, and Memorial Ave, all within half a mile in any direction!

We have a gorgeous fully fenced 2 acre area for both dogs and humans to enjoy. Most of the fence is 5 feet with the gate area being 4 feet. Lush green well maintained grass. (No digging allowed please) Wooded area in the back for some sniffing and exploring. In-ground pool that dogs & humans are allowed to use for an extra fee per hour, please see extras for that. Plenty of sun and shade. Plenty of balls and toys to play with. Car limit is 2 cars, if you have an additional car you can add that on in the extra area. Dog limit is 4 dogs. If you want a doggie birthday party or something please reach out to us and we can figure that out together. Human limit is 2, 2 more people can be added in the extras for a total of 4. Again if are wanting more people please reach out to us. If you have any questions please don't hesitate!! :) we do make exceptions for things like doggie birthday 🎂

We have a large *fully-fenced* open field know as “The Back Pasture”. We have an indoor, climate controlled training building known as “The Building”. Finally, we have a large fully fenced 100’x200’ agility field with a completed course of agility equipment known as “The Agility Field”. ‼️ ‼️YOU MUST SPECIFY, whether you are reserving The Agility Field, The Back Pasture, or The Building. If you would like to reserve more than one area, you must contact us, and we may approve this on a case by case basis. We want to be sure the facility is prepared and ready for your visit, so please include this info in your reservation‼️ 🛑🛑 FOR THE SAFETY OF YOURSELF AND YOUR DOG(S), IN ORDER TO UTILIZE THE AGILITY EQUIPMENT, YOU MUST REQUEST AND RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL BY ONE OF OUR TRAINERS. Please message us for details! 🛑🛑 🐾When you arrive at our facility, please close the gate behind you when you enter the property! (The gate opens IN towards the property.) We are located on a busy road and your safety is our number one priority! The only exception to this, is if someone is arriving or leaving directly behind you. Last person through the gate must close it. 🐾Please park directly to the LEFT side of the driveway and walk your dog in the grassy area to the LEFT of the driveway to potty. To access the agility field for training or SniffSpot, please walk along the front near the fence to get to the agility field. This is also our residence. Please respect our privacy. 🐾PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!! There is a purple and green doggie clean up station located in front of the training building, on the left side. There are bags located at the station as well as bags available inside the training building. There are also bags available and an orange Home Depot bucket near the agility field. Please collect your dog’s poo, tie a knot in the bag, and place it in the bin at the clean up station or in the Home Depot bucket. Help keep our facilities clean! No one wants an icky surprise on their shoe! 🐾If you are using the training building, please close the training building door behind you. (You may have to push HARD!) Our building is climate controlled, and we want to keep it that way! :) 🐾Do NOT adjust the AC in the training building! If it is not working properly or needs adjustment, please contact us. 🐾If you or your dog are sick in ANY WAY, please stay home!!
