Memphis's Meadow 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Albany

23 beautiful acres with amazing views of the valley below. Good mix of fields woodlands short and long grass. A small creek runs thru the property. This is a small private homestead, we do have goats, chickens and ducks. Also a flower garden and fruit and nut trees. The front part of the property is fenced, but the rest of the acreage is not. We also have 2 doggy poop stations for you to dispose of all the gifts your pooch may leave behind. At the top of the hill there are 2 Adirondack chairs for you to catch your breath and take in the spectacular view!

We offer a fully fenced 6 acres in Turner, Oregon. We are a 5 minute drive from I-5 and South Salem. Here at the property, we have the most gorgeous views, a seasonal stream, a farm with a wide variety of animals (who are in their own fenced area) as well as lots of areas to sniff for your furry friends! We have a big parking lot and provide chairs, so you’re able to take a rest. For your convenience, doggy bags are also provided by the gate. Someone is always available on the property, so that if you have any questions, we are only a text/call away! Note: This pasture was used for our farm animals & we send our goats in once a month to keep the grass cut. With that being said, you may come across farm animal droppings during your visit. We also keep our tractor implements in this field, so please be careful around those. They’re located through the entrance, to your right. In the winter & fall months, the pasture has mud around the animal area. It takes up about 1% of the whole 6 acres. There is plenty of pasture for your doggy friends though!

The pasture has perimeter field fencing. There may on occasion be large animals like sheep or horses grazing in a nearby pasture, DO NOT allow your dog to harass the animals. Any pasture with farm animals should not be entered, there are separate gates to each section of pasture. If you notice animals in the pasture when you've arranged to use it, please knock on the door and we will assist you or direct you to an open pasture.

This is a fenced, grassy, fairly rough pasture a short drive out of town, perfect for training and playing with your dog. Chairs and picnic table available. Note: during heavy rains in the winter months the field will be closed due to the wear and tear on the grass. We are taking precautions due to the dog virus going around. We have removed toys and water access. Please bring your own. There is a water bowl out there with soap and sanitizer if you want to use that.

Working Filbert Orchard also known as hazelnuts. This 5 acres of trees is a unique place to explore or wander through Orchard rows. The property is 28 acres total, which you are welcome to explore, but the 5 acres south of the driveway (left as you enter) is exclusively for Sniffspot. The floor is very level, with some mouse and gopher holes, and is beautiful in the spring and summer. You are welcome to bring camp chairs, a propane fireplace, and hang out. Free throwing sticks are everywhere! Puppy play-dates and birthday parties welcome. We have Hipcampers on the property North (right) of the driveway. At the end of the driveway, we have hammocks available for the campers and you are welcome to snag one during your visit and relax. Return the hammock when you depart. Five-acres easily accessible off Bailey Hill Road, just outside Eugene OR, separated from the road by a steep embankment. This property has a seasonal creek, seasonal wetlands, and a picturesque bridge connecting a green front pasture to a pastured back acre with wooded areas on the property. My property is not fenced but is surrounded by natural, densely wooded areas. Note: The creek is seasonal and is not spring-fed. The water level ranges from flowing to muddy to bone dry, depending on weather and recent rainfall. The pastures are mowed infrequently, and the grass height ranges from tall to very tall - perfect for large dogs or small dogs that like to explore. I provide a water bowl and hose, chairs, easy parking, dog bags, a trash can, and free range of the property and creek area. Fruit trees and blackberry bushes are available for picking in season (speak to me if you want to take more than you can eat on the property). Please respect dog waste etiquette. Our sniff spot is by appointment only, available from 7:30 am to 12pm as horses are rotated through the pasture. There is a likelyhood your pup will be very excited about manure the first visit or 2.
