Description

I can help you book to meet your needs if need assistance. Contact me prior to booking if you are stuck. I just activated this spot I created a few months ago. I never activated it. Yard is connected to the driveway area which is fenced in with 6 foot tall wood planks. There is a ditch bank with a walking trail behind that wood fence. Yes it is accessible. The Sniffspot yard is separated from the driveway area by a dog wire mesh fence and 6 foot cinder block. The privacy fence is hard to see in the pics as it looks invisible because it’s black. It’s ok to use both areas or just stay in the yard by closing the yard gate behind you. Ensure you close the driveway gate behind you after you enter. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. If need help in booking, contact me.

2 dogs can be included in booking. If more than 2 dogs pay for additional dogs in extras.

3 humans are included in per dog cost. Add $5 for extra humans attending. No refunds if a no-show. Ages 3 and under are free. Contact me. Thx

Doggie owner of many for almost 6 decades. This spot is in remembrance to all the dogs I was given the opportunity to love over the past 5 decades. This is their spot for others to enjoy. I own 3 dogs currently who are kept indoors in their kennels during your visit.

If the calendar doesn't show any availability, please contact me to open. There are several gates to this property. Please Enter the gate by the red barn. The logo is on the gate. Pull gate open and park by red barn. Enter silver gate on west end into the field. Always close gates behind you. This spot can be rented with or without dogs. I can help you book based on your needs. Call me prior to booking if need this assistance. I want to ensure you a savings. It’s a pasture picnic area. Horses and alpacas are fenced in separate from dog field when reserved. It's best you book for non-reactive or aggressive dogs as the horses and hosts can be seen in the corral area. 2 dogs allowed in this booking. Add more dogs in extras. 2 people per dog allowed in booking. Add more people in extras. No need to have a dog to rent out this spot and relax. Visit with the horses and alpacas or to have a private picnic. Message me for details on how to book in this situation so you are not over charged. Without dog booking: Just book 1 dog visit which pays for 3 people. Then pay for each additional person in the extras. First 3 people are included in booking. The only way I will cancel and refund a reservation is for rain, wind or any situation that may impact safety or damage to the area. I will give you as much notice as possible. Message me if need help booking this field. Yes we rent out for gatherings. 13 parking spaces are available on site. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
