Hi! I know many of you don't have a yard to enjoy with your pets, and I am happy to share! It is a great way to have a 'meet and greet' for adoptions at a neutral location without a lot of other pups around. I have a kiddie pool and lots of hidden balls and chew toys that my Golden Retriever has hidden everywhere! My daughter also has a 1-year-old pup that is staying here temporarily, (loves to dig little holes all over the yard) but that is just what some dogs do, so let them be dogs, I say! I have a fantastic covered patio and super comfy chairs to use. I have a heater and fire table for you in the winter—a large waterer for the puppers, and dog bowls in neater feeders for you to use. If I have enough notice, I'll have a cooler with drinks for you!

I can take steps to temporarily and harmlessly reduce their presence for your booking.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

Fully fenced and "Grand" dog approved.

Our backyard is the perfect place for your pup. It doesn't have any landscaping we are worried about being dug up or destroyed. We don't own dogs. Our neighbors that are on the north side with the see through chain link fence don't have dogs. I think the neighbors on the other side of the fence that had slats might have a dog.

A highlight of our space is a small, man-made waterfall and pond, introducing soothing sounds and a touch of tranquility. Water features are seasonal and will be dry or turned off during winter. Adjacent to our property are some goats which offer your dog a chance to safely observe farm animals from a distance. We also have a variety of gardens, some maintained and some that are wild, adding to the natural beauty and providing a variety of scents for your dog to discover. Our Sniffspot is designed to be a safe and engaging environment where dogs can explore, play, and relax in a natural setting. We own two dogs who love the yard, and one is extremely friendly and would love a playdate if you so desire. We look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!
