IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Rules: - Dogs must be Great with kids - Dogs must be Great with dogs - Dogs must be Great with cats - Dogs must be Great with chickens - Dogs must be Great with goats - Dogs must be Great with farm animals - No aggressive dogs - Dogs must be Great with large farm equipment running - Must not be a chewer - Must pick up after dog - One hour minimum - Dogs are allowed off leash - We would really appreciate it if guests and their dogs would not go into the corn, wheat and bean fields. Our Property: - The Property is not fenced in - The Property is fully open - The Property is a cash crop farm - There are a lot of farm equipment and transport trucks coming and going on a regular basis. - Must stay clear of farm equipment - There is a wooded area that is perfect for taking dogs out for adventures. - We also have wildlife animals in the wooded area. For example: we have deer and coyotes. - We have a dog and a cat. - We have two young children. It is important to be aware of kids on the property. The dogs must be great with children. - We have a hobby farm with farm animals. Must be gentle with Chickens and farm animals. - We are in the country, there is also an opportunity to go for a walk on the farm roads. - We can host one household at a time.

Additional rules

- We would appreciate it if guests and their dogs would not spend their time in our backyard. We are happy to share the wooded area for guests. - We live in the country, please take advantage of going for walks down the country roads. Dogs are welcome to be off leash when walking down the country roads. - We live in the country. During certain times of the year the ground will get full of mud. I recommend wearing waterproof hiking boots or rubber boots. I also recommend bringing a towel to wipe down your fur babies. Please don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any questions!

Hello Furry Friends!! I am married and have two children and two fur babies. My husband and I have always loved animals. We both grew up with dogs and cats. We understand how special fur babies are . My husband and I rescued our dog Piper several years ago. She is a husky and lab mix. Piper is the most snuggly dog that we have ever met. She will snuggle you all day long if you let her. Piper loves going to our family cottage, playing fetch, going for tractor rides! We hope that you will enjoy your adventures on our property as much as we do!

The Pipeline. 6 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park outside Komoka/Poplar Hill

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. This is a field and bush area with a stream and pond that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive. Trails cut around the perimeter and through the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay to the forest and field areas. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent.

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** Our backyard has a privacy fence all the way around it and is easily accessible through the gate. Also there is a tap near the gate that you can fill your dogs bowl incase your dog/dogs get thirsty. We have provided a tote full of toys and balls that your dog/dogs can play with. Plus the backyard has lots of different things that will be exciting for your dog/dogs to experience. There is an extra that you can select when booking your time slot called treats and if you select that extra then we will hide treats for your arrival! Lots of street parking near our house and the bag hanging on our tree is for any poop bags you may have. If you have any questions please let us know!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
