Sweetwater Court Private Dog Playground and Garden is perfect for an apartment pet, condominium pet or the traveling pet who needs a break to run and play off leash. Additionally we have many guests desiring safety for dogs and children to play together. Bring a friend, have a picnic while your dogs play. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. 12 acres of naturally wooded acreage with naturally occurring watering holes and creaks. 0.25 mile of trail through main property, wide enough and sloped for toddlers, bikes, and pooches.

We live on 13 acres. Half the land is farmed the other half is wooded. No fences, just open fields with plenty of room to roam.

Mutts and Wiggle Butts is perfect for the pet who needs a break to run and play or for someone who needs safety for dogs and children to play. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced yard and explore. The yard is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not fancy. We love Mutts and all Wiggle Butts. Big or little, there is something for everyone. We are around a mile off Hwy 85 and Business 85. A bench, covered porch, seating, and cold bottles of water are always included as well as hot cocoa in the winter. There is a fire pit on site and add this to your reservation to roast some smores or toast your wiggle butt. There is a mini fridge on the back porch with water bottles for you and your fur friends during the summer and free hot cocoa in the winter. Plenty of parking. Please park where the owners can still access both carports.

Private entrance and fully fenced in. There’s a closed chicken coop and a small fish pond. We do not use fertilizers or pesticides on our property. There’s a small playground and a climbing dome if you get your kids along. Water hose is available. Trash cans available outside, please pick up after your pets and dispose off accordingly. We have some fruit trees and lots of flowering bushes.

A large yard with a 7 ft privacy fence with convenient entrance at rear of property. The rear entrance feels more private and has parking reserved especially for you. Easy access and partially shaded. There is a patio box near the entrance with chairs, dog toys, poo bags, and much more.
