Tons of turfed play space fully surrounded with 8’ wooden fencing with complete concrete barrier around the entire base under the turf! Puddle play pool and Splashpad with guest control for operation. Agility play equipment!

The Play Yard is a large, open space at over a 1/4 acre! The grass (no mulch here!) is fully enclosed with 6-foot chain link fence and privacy screening. When you book your time, it is 100% yours and no other dogs will be in the Yard. *Please follow us on FB @Wag N Dash Play Yard* There's a lot of info in here. Please take a moment to read. :) The concrete bench on the far end of the yard is naturally shaded by the trees. Plus there is a shaded area next to the shed with two chairs and a small table. The community toy basket includes balls, wubbas, west paw bumpers, frisbees, and toss rings for everyone to share. *Extras: You can also add on a new toy for your dog, if you prefer. Please see photos for options and add on an Extra at checkout. **NEW AGILITY Equipment** is here!! I am so excited to have the agility jumps, A-Frame, and tunnel all set up!! Let your dog try it out and see what they think! You may have an agility champ in your house and you don't even know it. 😉 Please see the rules for specific info on agility equipment. Dogs love running through the tunnel, cooling off in the puppy pool, and digging in the sandbox! Poop bags are provided and hanging at intervals around the fence. The water hose is available in the back left corner of the Yard and 2 water bowls. During the summer, the water will be HOT for a few moments. Please let it run before filling bowls, etc. For the humans, sunscreen, bug spray, and a first aid kit are available if needed. **Charleston weather can be tricky some days, so I offer a "rain guarantee". If you get rained out during your scheduled visit time, I am more than happy for you to reschedule your visit within 2 weeks. Also regarding weather, if it has been raining for multiple days in a row the grass can get soggy in areas. If you forget to bring towels, just ask! **Summer hours are here!! ☀️ Open until 9pm, but please keep in mind the Yard is not lit at night. **Three more quick notes: •When you book a time you will be prompted to sign up for SniffPass. That is NOT required to book the Play Yard. You will find the "SKIP" button in the upper right hand corner (if you get the SniffPass "wall") or if you are automatically Opted-In at checkout you can simply Opt-Out. If you'd like to sign up, please do! I just want guests to know that it is not required. •I do offer monthly memberships. If you are interested, please message me after your first visit. •Due to recent property damage (albeit minor), security cameras have been added to the park. We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. Open fields, wild flowers, clover patches, a stream, marsh, sticks, mulch, wild berries, and lots of privacy. Upon request: hammock, chair, dog toys, kiddie pool, sand, snacks, and treats. There are cats here. Please do not let your dog chase the cats. We have a small jack shi tzu & a lab who can be restricted or come out to play based on your preference.

Your pup will love it back here! Relax on the deck under the awning while they play ☀️ There are a few open slats behind our shed and in the back left corner behind the tree stump to be aware of. They are spots that your pup would only find if they were were running running around unsupervised. Otherwise, the yard is perfect for an afternoon ☀️ After rainy days the yard can get buggy. Bring spray if it would make you more comfortable!

Private fully-fenced yard with 6’ wood privacy fence in established neighborhood. Two locking gates ensure privacy and prevent any potential jail breaks. Yard offers both sun and shade. Yard has a small hill that runs the entire width of the yard that my dogs love to use as a launch pad for zoomies. Covered patio area with sofa for Mom and Dad to relax while Fido gets his sniff on. Pooper scooper and disposal provided so you don’t have to haul your “treasure” away. I can have a doggie splash pad or kiddie pool available upon request (no additional charge) or just a hose and/or sprinkler. I’ll put a fresh water bowl out before each visit. Home has small dogs in residence that can be available to play or restricted indoors when guests are visiting.

Private completely fenced in yard. 1 off street parking spot. No other dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Yard can be muddy after rain. Hose, sprinkler, table & chairs, hammock swing. No more than 2 dogs at one time, please. Parking- there is only 1 designated parking spot.

The shaded private park in on the side lot next to our house. We have a fence for the area. Easy access from our drive way.

Fully fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood on James Island! The backyard is very shaded and we do not own any dogs - just one cat who is not typically visible through windows or doors.
