-Very large fenced in back yard with plenty of room for the dogs to run. -Bon fire pit available for use. I have 2 chairs that will be placed at the pit if you let me know ahead of time of usage. (Chairs N/A during cold months) Please specify if you want to use this so I’m aware of the fire use. -There is a trash can, doggie waste bags and a small shovel for dog waste. -Bucket of water will be placed outside near the entry gate. Fenced Deck Hammock Garden Yard - SW Fort Wayne

We have 4 connected neighborhood's with 5 ponds with gorgeous landscaping to walk around, including the small one across the street (on leash). Then you can set them free in our fenced yard & enjoy our Hammock, Deck or Patio when you are not playing with your fur baby(ies). We have shade, sun, lots of flowers, grass, mulch, flat ground, plus a hill & steps - your pup's choice to run on. Trash bins in back for doggy bags & a table with wifi password for you to use to get some work done while your fur buddy gets some sun or exercise. We do have our own little 9 lb.Chiweenie (@DinkyTheChiweenie on Instagram) when we are home but can either visit or not when you are here. He is scared of dogs over 12 lbs so we will likely just stay in while your bigger dog(s) visit 😉

Our backyard is fenced in by a 6ft cedar fence. We do not use fertilizer or pesticides and there is a rain garden in the backyard with plenty of native flowers. We also have a decent amount of birds as well. The yard is child and dog friendly. The back patio is covered by polycarbonate panels and sunshade fabric underneath, allowing for the ability to be outside even while it’s raining (you are welcome to book the morning for remote working with your dog if you want! You will have access to the WiFi). We do have lights under the patio if you come in the early morning. There is a functioning sink on the patio with potable water, and a splitter in case you want to use the hose (sprinkler available upon request). We do have 3 cats, but they will be inside the house (be aware if you come inside for the restroom). The bathroom is accessible inside on the main floor, second door past the kitchen.
