Description

Large fully-fenced yard with room to run. Grass, gravel and dirt areas. The back left corner of the yard features a small irrigation pond from April through October for the doggies to cool off in. The dirt bed around the pond is left in its natural state so dogs can dig, roll and otherwise be dogs back there. Seating for humans, plus a covered patio for shade or protection from weather.

Hazards

Please make sure the gate latches securely both when you arrive and leave. Please don't trip on the edging between the grass and the gravel areas.

There is a fire pit in the yard. Please do not light a fire in it. I am not always home and it may be a safety issue. Please make sure to securely latch the gate when you leave.
