Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters. No immediate neighbors have dogs that share a fence with us. Occasionally, a dog in the distance may be outside near the southeast corner, but this is rare, ensuring a calm and enjoyable visit for your pet. Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Come visit us and give your dog the freedom they deserve!! Feel free to bring a speaker if you want to listen to music during your visit! 🐾

Just about 1 acre of flat grass that is completely surrounded by 6’ chain link fence. Outdoor spigot w/hose, outdoor power outlet, free high speed WiFi password, trash can, off street parking, picnic table with umbrella, hammock available upon request. Amazing sunset views

This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch are some of the farming activities you might encounter! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. Enjoy a fully fenced (mesh livestock style fencing, small enough to keep in little dogs) run through mowed grass, two short wooded trails and access to a large pond with dock. Dogs are welcome to swim—bring towels and be prepared for some mud if it’s been raining or you have a pond monster doggy. Woods have wonderful smells, my dogs sometimes find delightful things to roll in. A hose is available for use on warm days and there is a nearby Tractor Supply if your pup needs a spa treatment after their romp. We do have chickens on site and ask you not allow your dog to harass them as you enter and leave (chickens are in a separate fenced area and in a coop/run). My dogs will be in the house—some barking may happen on your arrival but they will not be loose. Wildlife may be encountered (deer, squirrels, crawfish, muskrats, many birds and snapping turtles). **Note: I didn’t want to claim the site as accessible as it is grass and some uneven ground, but feel free to reach out if you need an accommodation to access the spot and we can discuss what is possible** We welcome all. Lovely fully fenced in back yard available for your pup to safely play and get those zoomies out! Lots of dogs and cats are in the neighborhood, including a large dog on the property. My dog will be kept indoors at all times.

Beautiful, large backyard in residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Good place for a dog who likes to play fetch and run! Also a nice yard to just chill while your dog sniffs around😊

We've got a large back yard that is fully fenced. We even have 3 dogs for your pup to play with if desired. We have a trash bin and baggies to clean up after your doggy. There is also a water hose you're welcome to use to fill the dog drinking bowls if they get empty. We have baby pools for your dog we can fill up for you if requested. Hello! Welcome to K8’s Mo’Tail! Where we offer a “island” to you and your pups! The island is completely surrounded by water and the only entrance on to the island is through a double door covered bridge! We do have goats and ducks but they usually keep to themselves! I have 2 50ft leads available to be used but you must provide your own dog life jacket if you want them to wear one!
