Close in town, but yet country setting on dead end road, 15 acres total, dog park is at front entrance on left. We started a smaller one several years ago, but then decided to wait and build a 6ft fence dog park in front and just finished it Sept 21, 2024! Still adding amenities! Will be open 24 hours after lighting is installed, hopefully soon! I only have 1 neighbor w 2 dogs about 1 acre away which they are not out for long, tjere is also a small cabinet shop up front which can be loud sometimes or you may see a person or two. There is a train track but no horn, 2 acre park is at front of my 15 acres. I am here 98 percent of the time, I have a horse, 2 donkeys, 3 cats and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept in the house while park is in use, and you may hear them barking, doing their job. Cats are free roaming but usually stay behind house in barn area or on my back porch. We welcome suggestions as well, as everyone may want different things. Occasionally you will see Deer, Owls, Hawks, Buzzards and my horses and donkeys can sometimes be seen but are several acres away. We have several dumpsters that get rented out and you may see them go up and down the driveway when rented. There are some potholes because of this so be careful when coming in. There may also be fire ant hills when it rains along with a large puddle in one corner if it rains alot. I think that covers it!

We have a large private fenced yard that sits in a heavily wooded area. There is a very large pool with several covered areas for shade. We do have a bee yard that has 3 working Honeybee Hives that are typically not a problem unless a dog decides to go near the hives and then the ladies will protect their house. Most dog aren’t overly interested in the hives but it must be noted that they are there and can be provoked by a nosey nose😉

This open space background is fully fenced in on all sides. The fence is only about 4.5 Ft high so if you have jumper, be weary. Water, dog treats, dog toys, poop bags & scooper, seating, fire pit, and electrical outlet are all available for you to use. Parking is available on the street with the gate entrance on the side of the house behind the fire hydrant. Remi loves his background and always finds the squirrels, hope your pup loves the running open space just as much!
