My dogs love running around the shed and the trees, and I'm sure your dogs will too! I've got a spicket/bowl set-up as well as some balls/rope toys available up on request! Lots of shade and some seating available.
Rock Creek Dog Park is a 5 acre park located just outside of Davis Illinois and is a very quiet, tranquil and peaceful place surrounded by corn fields. Sit in the shade and enjoy a good book while your dog gets the exercise she needs, or get a good hike in for yourself as well. If your dog loves water or needs to cool off, a small creek runs through the park. Parking area provided.
40 acres of fields, prairie, and creek. Easy access and parking. Trails around the property. Minimal traffic on the roads nearby. Garbage pail, tote with towels, bug spray, and sanitizer, water hose, bucket, picnic table, and chairs are available on the premises. Creek area extends from the southern road to the northern property fence line. Please look at Google maps/satellite for a better reference (our property is a large square that boarders 2 roads).
Lazy Bones Acres offers 5 acres of wooded hiking trails for you and your furry companion to enjoy. Pack a lunch to enjoy on one of our picnic tables along the way or simply take in the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife. Listen to the squirrels chase each other in the tree tops, the woodpeckers pecking away in a nearby tree, or the geese honking at a nearby pond. Wildlife that are commonly seen on visits include deer, rabbits, wild turkeys, chipmunks, a beautiful array of wild birds, and much more. *Our terrain is uneven as it goes through woods. If you have trouble with balance or walking, please reconsider your visit to our property for your safety. Trails are kept clear, but raspberry and blackberry bushes present thorns, please use caution with these prickers. ** Our spot is fully fenced, however if your dog is not command trained we do not recommend letting them off leash. Dogs have a natural instinct to chase the rabbits and squirrels we have. We have out door play & Our indoor open-play environment encourages exercise and socialization for all dogs. Your dog will learn good behavior, learn to adjust to new dogs, make new furry friends and become more well-rounded with each day at doggie daycare.

This space is for my primary business doggie daycare- after hours use on weeknights & all day Saturday and Sunday times are available.
2+ acre fenced homestead in the woods, offering plenty of shade in the summer months. There is a separate fenced area where sheep are kept along with a livestock guardian dog. There is a fully enclosed bird run for chickens, guinea fowl, and peacocks. The property backs to Coral Woods Conservation. Gated entry to the property. There is a completely fenced area where dogs can run while other guests are arriving or departing, and the gate is open. This spot is about 8 minutes from highway 90, and just a few minutes off of route 20. It would be a great place to stop and play with your dog(s) even if you're just passing through! Nearby towns include Huntley, Hampshire, Woodstock, Pingree Grove, Harvard, Elgin, Algonquin, Rockford, and Belvidere. This spot would be about 15-40 minutes from any of those locations.
All I ask is to clean up behind dog and let it be friendly as I have a dog at home.
* Can bring chairs, set a fire in the huge fire pit (bring wood and fire starter) also welcome to back your pick up into the area and relax / sunset views for days here! * Barn to sit in for shade (bring chairs) * Short grass up front / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but farm fencing so great for larger dogs or dogs with good recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have full privacy alone
