Peaceful, rural beauty only 10 minutes from downtown Cleveland. 1/5 mile gravel path (grass path next to gravel as well if your dog has sensitive paws) that can be used as a scenic trail. Newly constructed, 60x60, fully fenced area with agility items, so your dog can play after you walk the trail. Kiddie pool available that can be filled up with easy to access hose. We also have a larger fenced area with shade available for use until the end of July--- there is a dog kennel building on this property and once business is open (est. open date is late July) the larger area will NOT be available as it is attached to the kennel area where boarding business will be conducted. THE FULLY FENCED 60x60 AGILITY PLAY AREA AND WALKING TRAIL WILL PERMANENTLY BE USED FOR SNIFFSPOT AND WILL STILL BE FULLY ACCESSIBLE AND RESERVED FOR SNIFFSPOT EVEN AFTER BUSINESS OPENING. There is an indoor restroom and sink for washing hands (which will also be accessible even after business opening). BATHING STATION SUITABLE FOR SMALL TO MEDIUM DOGS MAY BE BOOKED AS AN EXTRA. parking on property is available.

Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (dogs allowed, duh!) fenced in. Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 2 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please ask any questions!

* The park is fully-fenced, with 0.84 acres of cleared, wooded land (no grass). *Please be mindful of potential ground hazards as the area is not groomed. In fall and winter, leaves and any snow are not cleared and left in their natural state on the ground. You may encounter wildlife. * The entry gate is accessed by a coded lock. The code will be provided approximately 2 hours prior to your reserved time.

Welcome to our SniffSpot! If you send me a note I'm happy to put out some lawn chairs and a big bowl of water before your arrival. There are plastic bags for poop hanging on the fence, which you can place in the trashcan in the driveway on your way out :) If there's anything else you might need please feel free to reach out. Let you and your pups be free!! Visit our 218 acres for a leash free day! Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park. Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge on one side and turn to the right on the natural trails for a mountain nature trail hike / walk. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean creek. Take a break so you and your pup can enjoy pure relaxation. Inquire about camping over night if you love it to much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do.

We are a retired couple that loves dogs! We’ve always had trouble finding a place for our dogs to run while on vacation. We have a shallow running creek through our property and lots of flat land to throw a ball. Lots of trees and forest area for exploring too.

Approximately a half an acre fenced off for your Pet to run that extra energy off. Patio is available to guests while your pet enjoys all the smells and local wildlife. Lake access is also available with private beach for you and your pup to enjoy retrieving balls 🎾 and sticks out of the lake.
