45Sandra's Sniffspot is huge, my dog had a lot of fun sniffing and running! There's lots of trees for shade and chairs to sit. The only issue was with the neighbor's dogs. They barked constantly and escaped their yard when we arrived. Luckily for them, my dog is very well socialized and doesn't care too much about other dogs, so he ignored them. We went farther away to create distance, but the dogs followed us, barking non-stop for 15 minutes. Sandra was very responsive and offered to get in the fenced area, but I managed to scare the dogs away, so it wasn't necessary. I assume the neighbor was able to get them back in their own yard, but they kept barking, which made my dog anxious. I considered leaving, but fortunately, the neighbor brought their dogs inside after a while. We were able to enjoy the Sniffspot for the last 30 minutes. If it weren't for this, I would've given 5 stars. Of course, it's not Sandra's fault; she can't tell her neighbor what to do. But with the uncertainty of this happening again, I just don't think we will be returning (it's a 45 min drive for us). I would still recommend the Sniffspot if you live closer :)
55Awesome place to arrange a play date for my dog!!! Spacious for 5 herding dogs and they had a wholesome time together. Sandra was also being so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommended! I would definitely come back again! Thank you 🫶
55Very lovely spot to have a picnic and enjoy time with your dogs!!! We even got to bring a bag of apples home <3! Important to note that the large acre is not completely fenced but there is a smaller fenced backyard for good fun! Really enjoyed our time and will return! Really great communication as well!

55Such a beautiful piece of land, I have never seen my dog have so much fun chasing a ball (he usually gets bored after 10 minutes) but here he played for over an hour. Instructions and grounds were great and we will be back! Thank you!!
55If there’s a paradise for dogs then this is it! Amazing spot with a long yard if you play ball with your dog. Has a pool. My dog was super happy and tired at the end. Highly recommend!

La cour arrière est un véritable petit coin de paradis pour se détendre et s'amuser... et la piscine, les bouteilles d'eau et gâteries pour chien!! Tout était plus que à la hauteur de nos attentes. Cet endroit est vraiment notre préféré, et Luigi et moi avons hâte d'y revenir. Merci pour tout, Sandra!
55I has the best time with my dog, we really enjoyed the pool and the fall colors! Access to the dog for host and dog was amazing thank you so much! I appreciated that Sandra left treats, water bottle and toys for my pup. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax, and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature with their dog.

The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate. There is a lawn area, mulch area with a garden, and a gravel area. There are 2 seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), and a hammock. There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!

There is a small waterfall with fresh untreated water that dogs like to wade through and drink from (the catch pond is a bit too small for swimming, though). There is a hose and sprinkler available. It's ideal for small or medium dogs (although friends with large golden doodles and our late German Shepherd had plenty of room to chase a ball and do their zoomies)!
