Description

9 acres on quiet cul de sac so no traffic. 3 foot diameter dog pool available. Water bowls are plenty. Small portable fence play area available. Second dog 50% off. Tie out stake and a runner is available. If you’re adventurous you can trail down to the creek at the edge of duck river. It’s not cleared path yet not hard to hike. Carport can be used for shaded co Crete area. Swingset and trampoline may be used with care. Small interior bathroom available. Waters and snacks available. Kid friendly. Abundant parking. Some areas you don’t have to worry on picking g up poo. Dog treats and training clickers on site for use.

Additional rules

I have small gated area play pen for dogs as well as a tie out if wanted. Carport has ability to offer a shaded area not on grass. I have a runner that I have not put up but usable. There is a small dog pool that can be used for small/medium sized dogs. There is a creek through the woods that lead down to the river the path isn’t cleared but safe. Blackberry bushes on outskirts of tree line if it’s in season you may pick some. Hose in front and in the back - water bowls and some extra leashes are floating around. Dog poop in some spots does not need to be picked up.

We will be keeping her quiet and calm, as required for heartworm protocol, so that she will be healthy and ready for adoption in September! Your fee is 100% donated to Critter Calvary Rescue of Williamson County, in memory of our dogs in my pictures, who have passed away of old age. We have 2 areas for your dog! Front yard with Iron Fence and human seating! Back yard with chain link fence and human seating - and a deck with seating! The back yard is mostly dirt and on a hill, with some ground leaves and grass. We have taken this very seriously, and have landscaping pros inspecting each day to remove hazards. Our research found that the families in the 1950's would burn their trash in the back yard, so the shards have emerged in the dirt surrounding our older home. We are digging and removing these each week.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
