Description

Located in Cleveland, TX. The yard is wood fenced on 2 sides, with chain link on the side facing street. There are 2 trees that provide some shade. The yard stays well maintained

Hazards

Our dog, Astrid, is a digger. A picture was included showing her progress on her favorite spot to dig. The biggest hazard is the ground can be rough/uneven and my dog has made a few small holes throughout the yard. I do my best to fill them in when I can, but the yard is regularly maintained so the holes are visible. Our guest's and dog/dog's safety are very important to us. The yard will be cut if need be and the yard will be thoroughly scanned for any potential dangers prior to the reservation. Sniffspot considers wood piles a potential hazard, so for full transparency and as can be seen in the photos, there are 2 separate stacks of wood on either side of the yard

5+ acres fenced gated dog park heaven w/ pond and woods

5+ acres property with the front being gated and fenced with 5 feet pole and cattle mesh built less than 1 year! My property has pond that dogs are welcome to jump in! Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! There are plenty of woods near the edge of the property for your dogs to run 🐾 if you’re lucky, you might also see fireflies around dusk! It gets dark out in the back you can choose to light up a bonfire! Hope you and your fur babies enjoy your time here! ***the settings for booking is set to 12 hr notice.
