Description

Plenty of open acres for discovery; located in quiet Newlin Township just minutes outside of Unionville, West Bradford, & Coatesville. Nestled in the valley surrounded by rolling hills. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek running along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with two nice resting areas with spring water and chairs. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if your dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; many entrances to access & play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, floats etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect picnic spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, storage bin with anything you may need; just for our Sniffspot guests. A large table w/ chairs, umbrella & more. Perfect for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for your supplies). Wild life all around, from fish, blue herons, a to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow & maintained trails; right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having a ton of fun!

Brandywine Creek could be hazardous if dog is not watched carefully & off leash. Enter at own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Wade/Swim at own discretion especially if bad weather happens. (Our Landscaping business property; is marked off & private from the meadow).

Additional rules

Parking labeled & located on left hand side of Laurel road directly across from our white farmhouse. Where you enter to our wonderful sniff spot meadow is labeled/located by parking area (at the trampolines; for liability issues; not for guest use). Please no littering 🚯 & please try & pick up dog droppings. Poo Bags & Trash cans available to our guests on spot. Use own judgement & precautions if accessing Creek. If you choose to bring canoe/kayak/paddle board; you must abide by state laws pertaining to life vests/safety etc. Do not try and explore an area you are not comfortable with or okay with. Plenty of maintained trails for safety & the wide open play/run meadow. No lifeguard on duty assume water play & swim at own risk. Have fun!

I am a nature & farm lover! Enjoying our family farm for all my life. We have one puppy born in Dec 2023, Aussie Cow Heeler. He is such a ham, & has inspired us to open our land up to others with their pups to enjoy! I am a graduate of CCU, experienced in the medical field, business, marketing & much more! Focusing on our farm mainly & enjoying every minute of doing what I love! You can usually find me in my garden 🪴 or the meadow; harvesting, hay bailing etc. We have a daughter, who is a girl after my own heart; she loves to ride horses, care for all animals & explore our farm as well! We are a very welcoming, down to earth family. 👩🏻‍🌾🪴🐶❤️
