Description

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

Please contact me before booking for the first time. The best times for initial visits are Friday, Saturday or Sunday mornings or most any afternoon. However, after the first visit you can book almost anytime.

Hi, my name is Kathy and I am a retired Brevard County school teacher. I taught 37 years and am enjoying my yard now with my three dogs. Charlie is a yellow female labrador, four years old. Harper and Murphy are both rescue pups. Murphy is a 12 year old mixed black male lab and Harper (7) is a melting pot of various breeds, all 100 pounds of him.
