Description

This sniff spot is located in a quiet neighborhood near a park and trails. The yard is fully fenced with a wooden fence. For humans there is a hammock in the sun or chairs with a small table under a shaded gazebo. Dogs can dig in the yard, sniff, play, and just have a good time. There will be a few dog toys out, a pooper scooper and poop disposal, dog poop bags, hose access, and access to a water bowl! (Please enter on the left side fence if you are looking at the house from the street. There will be a sign)

Wooded 30-acres of private land in Holts Summit, Mo. The acreage includes lots of trees, rocky outcroppings, and a seasonal stream. There's a barbwire fence around the entire plot that you can follow for a decent hike, or you can just sniff around the interior. There isn't a set trail, but the vast majority of the land is very walkable.
