This is a generally quiet neighborhood. The house is situated on a one-way, side street so there’s few cars. The backyard is off a quiet back alley used only for neighbors’ garages.

Please pick up after use of the yard so future pups can enjoy the space too. Poop bags can be thrown away in the green trashcan in the back corner of the yard. If it’s not there then it’s in the alley for city trash pickup.

I’m just a cat lady who bought & moved into this house 1.5 years ago and it happens to have a big yard to share with local pups!
Fully fenced with 4' chain link fence. 2 options for entry at gates. Tree lined fence for privacy during the spring, summer, and early fall.
Climate controlled, agility flooring, 5400 square feet (60x90) - this is an amazing place to take your dog to play or train. Plenty of space to practice walking, recalls, or play relationship building games. Or just take a seat while your dog spends some supervised off leash time indoors.

It’s got 5,616 square feet of glorious space just for me (and maybe for you, too). Sure, the grass is a bit patchy this year—thanks, weather—but that just means more room to run and roll around! There’s plenty of space for zoomies, sniffing out all the latest scents, and basking in the sun on the cool patio. So, bring your human over, and let’s have a ball! (Seriously, I hope you bring a ball.) Entrance is located on the right side of the house. Feel free to park anywhere on the street, just please be courteous to our neighbors. Thanks!
Your dog will LOVE this 0.43 acre fully fenced yard with plenty of room to RUN and PLAY located in a safe residential Gahanna neighborhood. You'll have access to a water hose and bowls for dog drinks and cool-downs. At this low rate, your dog can get the exercise it craves every day!
