Our spacious and well-maintained land is specifically designed to cater to the needs of dogs of all sizes and breeds. From open grassy areas for energetic play to shaded spots for relaxation, we have created a doggy paradise that will leave tails wagging. But that's not all! As a passionate dog lover, I have always believed that dogs deserve the best care and attention. That's why I decided to open up my land to provide a safe and comfortable space for dogs to play and socialize. With SniffsSpot Hosting, you can now have peace of mind knowing that your beloved pets are in a secure and enjoyable environment. Whether you're a pet parent going on vacation, need a place for your dog to exercise, or simply want to give them some extra socialization, we've got you covered. Our spacious and well-maintained land is specifically designed to cater to the needs of dogs of all sizes and breeds. We will open back up when the weather is nicer. Each time we clean up we get another storm. Check back in March. You will have 8 acres fenced in to roam. Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport. Fence: The fence is four feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see snakes, rabbits, deer, and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. * We see hawks occasionally. Please watch your little dogs* Grounds: It is a hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. ** Watch out for fire ant hills** Water: You have access to our well and a large water bowl. There should be at least one small water bowl in the carport as well.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
