Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there.

Enjoy this fully fenced in yard! There is plentiful street parking available near the home, I ask you do not park in the driveway. Once you enter the yard through the front gate (shown in photos), please be sure that both gates are closed (one gate to enter to driveway which will be closed when you arrive and the other in front of the front entrance). There is a ball and thrower near the side patio that you may use, just return to its spot when finished. You may throw away poop bags in the large garbage bin in front of the home OR in the blue bucket on the patio.

You can access my spot by driving to the end of the alley. You will see my brand new fence and gate, and can either park before the gate or in the yard. Dogs and humans love my yard! You can throw a ball while sitting on the steps or at my outdoor dining table. After you can walk down the street to grab some ice cream or to a park, if your furry friend isn’t too worn out. I also offer Dogsitting including boarding if that’s of interest!

Approximate Hours: Saturday and Sunday mornings 8:30-11:30 am M-W 8:30 am - 7:30 pm Thurs-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 4 weeks with a cedar oil mix to help reduce mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging except for the fresh mulch area, and please refill holes. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no cigarette smoking; vaping is ok. ⏰ Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule your visit in your dashboard until 2 hours before your visit time after that, it's locked in. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules. Your Pup's 0.4 Acre Private (Fully Enclosed 6 Foot Fence) Park In Lakeside!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.
