15 accessible acres partially fenced but far from any main roads. Large oak trees provide lots of shade. 4 acre pond suited for pups who love to swim! (Humans are welcome to swim if you choose) A quarter mile walking track goes completely around the pond. There are signs from both main roads directing you to the property. We have a beagle trainer who brings dogs out to scent train so there are areas with taller grass and brush. You are welcome to explore all areas of the property at your leisure!

Located on little to no traffic dirt road about 10 minutes from Carencro. Fully fenced. We have a total of 3 acres but are offering our front pasture which is about an acre (it is separate and fenced off from the back) because we have a few ducks and a cat in the back. There is a small swamp like area in the corner that has a stream of water after it has recently rained. Two cypress trees make great shade and a great spot to set up a hammock.

The sniff spot is conveniently located in south Lafayette. Land is an open area perfect for your pup to run around. There is plenty of space for training dogs or fetching. The land is partially fenced. There is access to a water faucet by the main house if needed to get water for your pup. When you enter the driveway you can park on the gravel area to the right or the left side by either house. Please don’t block driveway or any vehicles. After parking you can continue straight back to the land (pasture) and enjoy the large open area!! You can bring a chair if you would like and find some shade to sit and relax. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance. The grass is kept short like one would keep their yard. At times grass may be a few inches taller if it rains a lot and I can’t cut the grass.
