Fully fenced front yard is 5,500+ ft2 (lower fence in front) and fully fenced side yard is another 1,100+ ft2 (6+ ft high fences). Enjoy a porch swing, padded pergola swing, deck with patio chairs and a hammock. Plenty of shade and grass to run around in. Take a walk through the charming neighborhood to visit downtown Evanston on Main Street (0.3 miles away). Safe travels and come again!
