Description

The Pawsitive Dog Park offers a serene country setting, featuring a large flat area, a two-story hill, and a soundscape of bird and frog songs. This expansive space provides ample room for dogs to run and play freely. Seasonal wild fruits are available for visitors to enjoy, including black raspberries and red raspberries in the back of the yard, cherries near the firepit wood pile, and pears from the tree by the side of the house. The property is home to a variety of creatures. Guests may have the opportunity to catch glimpses of local wildlife, such as deer, squirrels, chipmunks, songbirds, hawks, frogs, foxes, various butterflies, fireflies (seen across the street in early July), and the occasional harmless garter snake. The diversity of birds in this area is remarkable, thanks to its close proximity to woods, fields, and marshes. We appreciate the natural wildlife and enjoy observing each sighting. Please be aware that while we discourage direct interaction with the wildlife, our property is equipped with several family-friendly amenities that we warmly invite you to enjoy. These include a sandbox, various yard games, board games, and a ninja course complete with a swing. We kindly inform you that the pool, zipline, and trampoline are not accessible at this time. We hope these facilities enhance your stay, providing fun and entertainment for all ages. An indoor bathroom is available for use upon request, provided the hosts are present on the premises and have been notified of the need.

As this is a country setting, visitors should be mindful of potential natural occurrences such as wildlife droppings, fallen sticks and branches, uneven terrain, puddles, and occasional mud. For the safety of all guests, the above-ground pool, trampoline, and zipline are unavailable for use. The pool liner can easily be damaged by dog nails, and the zipline is not suitable for adults. These items may only be used with prior written permission and under the supervision of the host. No smoking, vaping, alcohol or other drugs on the property. Maximum of 2 cars unless prior permission is granted.

**Update: 12/1/24- Bears place is winterized. The Hose, seesaw & summer items have been put away. The hose faucet is closed! Must bring own water! ** **Please No Excessive Barking! Especially after 5pm. ** **PLEASE PARK ACROSS THE STREET OR IN DRIVEWAY ONLY** **There is a small blue bucket. Please put toys that were played with in there when finished. ** Thanks! **may not be suitable for super small dogs like toy dogs ** *PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PUPS POOP!!!* Park like setting in the city! ~Hose hook up around the corner of house for water for the dog to drink and the kiddie pool. ~Toys provided and are cleaned regularly with 7th generation cleaner. ~Outlet to charge your phone if needed to the right of the sliding doors. ~ poo bags & garbage pail provided. ~Bring towel for your pup if they want to play in the water! ~Please return toys to blue bin and shut the water off if used at end of visit. ~please close the gate on your way out. Thanks and enjoy!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
