55Was amazing! Khaleesi loved everything about it. She was nervous in the beginning, but thats just how she always is in new places. But once she saw how much space she could roam around freely without any other pups she was OBSESSED!! The people are super nice and had towels, water and perfect spots to sit everywhere. I loved it and will definitely be coming back, I've never seen my puppy so happy!!❤️❤️

55An amazing experience, Angie was so kind and took the time to show us around. The property is everything you could want for a fun day of leash free adventure. Our newly-tripod dog enjoyed the space and shade, and our fast-paced high energy explorer enjoyed running from spot to spot and smelling every corner. The goats and horses kept them entertained and the pond was the perfect spot for them to take a rest and soak in the fresh air. If you’re looking for enough space to feel truly free, and people who really show genuine care for your animals I would highly recommend you check them out next!
55We had an INCREDIBLE time here, the hosts are so accommodating and friendly with a true love for animals and providing this paradise for dogs like my own. My husband and I went here for an hour on a Sunday with our two dogs, Dixie and Merrick. Dixie can't be around other dogs anymore due to an altercation with another dog that attacked her brother Merrick- she has been traumatized ever since and always on guard even after immersive training. She is HIGH energy and due to now living in an apartment because of hurricane Ian, she doesn't get the same opportunities to run around. She was totally exhausted by the time we left from sprinting around the vast amount of land available at the ranch and playing fetch in the pond. She also has some tics due to some neurological issues - it always makes me nervous meeting new people and going to new areas as to how others will react, but Angie was so understanding when she greeted us, and was not bothered in the slightest, which in turn kept Dixie calm as she was introduced to the new spot. Really loved this experience, location and the hosts are awesome. HIGHLY recommend and can't wait to go back!
55 Great experience! Our Boston terrier loved running around freely in a large fenced area and quick swim in the pond was just a great added bonus for him. The owner was very welcoming, definitely going to be back
55We had the best time here at Happy Dogs Ranch Resort and can’t wait to come back. Angie was so welcoming and kind, the ranch is like heaven for your pups. It’s fully fenced and secured (no tiny spots for houdinis like our shepherd) and you can let the pups off leash with confidence. So much room to play, smell, swim in the pond and be free. We have two large pups and one them can be reactive to small dogs. It was so awesome to spend time with them here together, doing their favorite things. We enjoyed being on the beautiful property, so many gorgeous trees and scenery. Thank you so much Angie for your kindness and hosting us.
55I’m so glad I took my pup here! She had so many firsts today, haha. First horses, first goats, first fish. As an anxious pup, she reacted a bit but I was surprised how quickly she got comfortable. I think it was quite good for her. This is a very safe space and Angie was incredibly welcoming. I hope to bring my pup back soon and often!
55My dog Zeus is a high energy, animal reactive pup. Although we train him, we needed a safe space where he could be free to be a dog and get some energy out. I saw Happy Dog Ranch and booked it! We went out to the property and we’re greeted warmly by the hosts. They strongly encouraged me to let me dog off leash as the property was safe. I was extremely anxious as Zeus has NEVER been off leash due to his reactivity. Needless to say watching him run and swim and hunt lizards was the BEST decision of my life! We will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you for your kindness and this lovely space!!

Description

Our property is beautiful. Fully fenced pasture with stately oaks, picnic area, dog toys & a pond for the dogs to swim. We offer a bathing station with towels and doggy shampoos available. Great facility to train your dog. Large parties welcome! No bookings past 5pm. We turn out our horses @ 6pm. Please call 305-304-6710 if you have any questions. All domestic animals will be contained in pens for their own safety while guests have their playtime.

My name is Angie, and my husband is Eric. We live on a beautiful rescue ranch in rural Buckingham, Fort Myers. Here we love to enjoy quality time and much needed exercise with our dogs. I’m sure you would love to have the opportunity to do the same with your dogs in a controlled hassle-free environment. I also encourage families with kids to come on out and enjoy our spot. I’m a stay at home dog mom and I can appreciate any dog owner wanting their own personal safe place to enjoy play time, bonding and exercise with their dogs. Looking forward to being your host.
