I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

We provide toys, bug spray, and plenty of water for your pup! If it's a hot day- no worries! We have a kiddie pool (by request)and doggie towels so your pup can cool off! Our dog passed away in 2021 and due to health reasons we cannot have another one at this time. We love dogs and know Xena would love knowing her yard is helping other dogs get their zoomies on. NEW - Seasonally we will limit days to Sunday - Wednesday to accommodate mowers.

Welcome to our home! We have a fully fenced 1/4 acre yard for your pups to enjoy! Grass is well maintained and not overgrown. Gazebo and table seating available for multiple guests. (Dog friendly furniture) During summer months, we have a doggy pool for the pups to cool off. And plenty of toys!! Water hose and water bowl available for use. Enjoy a dedicated parking spot in our driveway.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.
