Description

The 3 acres are a long narrow lot that has a stream boundary and is separated from the home and other buildings. The 3 partially mowed yards give different areas to be in and small trails to walk and explore. The winters are wet and snowy and makes it impossible to work on the yards and trails so the pictures reflect the current conditions and will seem dreary but we just heard about this program and are willing to clear it up and make it more suitable for both dog and human. The front area with a partial fence and rock wall repair was started late last year and is not complete but will be worked on this spring. This would be a very nice area to bring big dogs to run unleashed.

Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

2 acres surrounded by barrier woods. Good for dogs who can come when called and just want to play fetch with you directly or you want to walk the track together. Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! They can get it out of their system here instead of at your house! We can’t wait to have you come on down!
