We now have a dog of our own. She will kept indoors during visits. She will be put indoors 10 minutes before booking, the entire duration and be let out 10 minutes after your booking. Neighbours dogs can sometimes be heard barking in the distance.

We have chickens, roosters, ducks, cows, and sheep on our property. Chickens, roosters, and duck coop are visible and audible from dog paddock. I have been keeping coop closed during weekends/busy days for peace of mind. During days where they are out, they can be near the house also. Cows are now in paddock next to dog area. Water trough is about 25m from dog area. Livestock are BOTH VISIBLE and AUDIBLE from the dog paddock.

Parts of the paddock are visible to the main residence. I have 2 small children, so be aware, they make noises. We'll try to stay inside and quiet while you visit, but not always possible. We also host Hipcamp and have a site in the large paddock near the large hay shed. Site is about 600m from dog area. Site is not always booked

Nestled in a serene and scenic landscape, our 6-acre block offers a delightful escape for you and your furry friend. Begin your adventure by parking under the shade of the pine trees or directly in front of our bus (currently under renovation). From there, walk down the driveway/firebreak to the rear of the bus. On your left, you'll find a cabinet stocked with towels in case your fur kid gets muddy and you didn't bring one. Continue down the hill—watch out for gumnuts as there are a few steep spots! Soon, the space opens up into a lush, open pasture. Cross the bridge over the freshwater creek (flows 3/4 of the year and perfect for the pooch to paddle in) and enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterway, surrounded by the natural beauty of the area. If you prefer, take a seat on one of the benches provided and soak in the view. While the park is mostly fenced, the boundary is well-marked by a dense line of trees and a chain across the trail at the end of the block, providing a natural barrier for your peace of mind. The boundary where the Regional Park begins is halfway up the hill, adding to the expansive and tranquil environment. Please note that one of our neighbors has a friendly dog that remains contained within its own property, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
