Attention, dog lovers! Our expansive, fully-fenced property offers your pup the ultimate playground. With ample space for fetching balls, chasing frisbees, and exploring, your dog will have the time of its life. Relax on our numerous benches while enjoying the lush, shaded areas that offer a refreshing escape from the desert heat. Don’t miss our unique treehouse deck, which provides a cozy spot to unwind and take in the view. For a special experience, book an evening session to enjoy cooler temperatures and our beautifully lit yard. Special requests for play days when we have irrigation days if your pup wants to run and play in a flooded yard estimated 1-14 inches deep. DM me for more details. Do you want to provide 1:1 training for your dog but do not have the space? Book today and bring your trainer with you. Book today to see why guests are raving about our space and could be a perfect paradise for you and your beloved dog. We are open 6am - 11pm and closed one day every two weeks for irrigation unless you request a puppy water day we will open for your requested time. The day after an irrigation the ground may be softer, some water may still be absorbing and your pups could have muddy 🐾 paws. Feel free to contact us for more information about irrigation and timing. We do not control irrigation days, and we do our best to block the calendar based on historical irrigation timing. If irrigation unexpectedly interrupts your booking we will fully refund you and provide a discount code for a future booking. ⏱️ Book your favorite time in advance or it may be taken by another sniffer. Advanced bookings are not impacted by price changes. We encourage you to book your favorite day and time in advance. We often have fully booked days so if you book less than a week in advance we could be booked. Please message me if you have trouble with booking and I can confirm availability or let you know if we have a cancellation. **FYI- if you book and reschedule a booking Sniffspot passes fees to the host, but if you cancel and reschedule no charges are passed to the guest or host. 	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
