Spacious, fully fenced-in backyard with covered patio. Located on a busy road, but very quiet! Anti-hawk and pest control devices to keep out predators and protect small dogs. Bird feeder contains peanuts and peanut butter bird suet that's safe for dogs (it's OK if they help themselves). Well-maintained grass.

PLEASE NOTE: our sniffspot will be closed starting 1/29 through the end of February. We are bringing home a puppy of our own and want to ensure safety for all as we navigate potty training! We will reopen in March. Sitting on 0.25 Acres, with plenty of room to run and play fetch, this yard is a perfect private dog park for your furry friends. There is plenty of seating for humans and plenty of space for pups. Some small children’s toys in addition to a pergola with shade in the summer and string lights all year round. We hope you enjoy our yard as much as we do!

Wood chips added! It was muddy but we fixed that. Welcome! We (humans and dogs) will stay inside to give you your privacy and serenity. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years. Please consider us as this helps us afford my 16-year-old daughter's Team USA Luge/Olympic Training Center/ORDA fees as she trains towards the Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games! Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind.
