Our girls are so spoiled and these eggs are made with love ❤️ We will let you go in and specifically choose and collect your own eggs!! Feel free to spend as much time with the chickens as you want! (If you pay through Venmo I will cut down the price to $8. Prices are higher due to Sniffspot taking out large fees!) Priced per dozen.

Hello my name is Mandy and I will be your host! This is your very own private dog park. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. It is such a relaxing and tranquil place. All we ask is that you treat our property with care as if it was yours. Enjoy!! Also, we do dog boarding if you need someone to sit while on vacation!! When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
