A beautiful spot to stop at to let your dogs stretch their legs as you travel along Highway 371. My home is located not too far off of Highway 371, I promise!! I would take Howard Road (signs posted) then to Cave Rock Road. My address is posted right on the gate in big black numbers. Pull in, park where you would like. Someone will greet you shortly. Hotametaneo’o Ranch is located just 1.5 miles from the CAHUILLA Casino Hotel and Ribbonwood Grill. Currently, we are in our Grand Opening Weekend Phase. Campsites are available for Tents, and Cabins will be available for Dog-day events and Glamping. 3 Commercial Greenhouses with no chemicals present are available for off leash players. Soon, those will be wrapped and possibly heated/ac for rainy day play. Come pick a dog park area and lease unlimited perimeter walking access times and three hours of fun in a private dog park for 1 year at a Holiday Special Price of $555.00 (also known as a triple nickel.). Founding Partners will also have bathroom access and access to a TV lounge with a deck. Food, Water, and Drinks (Soda) is available as well. A Children’s park is being constructed as an added architectural attraction for families with children and dogs. Also, a Drive-In Theatre is planned. Moreover an outdoor Greek Style Theatre is being constructed for completion before Spring. Each Campground will have a unique theme. For example, “Lion King Campground” has a natural Rock Formation similar to that of the movie Lion King where the Lions look over the valley. A Japanese theme will also be added. Much of the tree are in the rear of the property is being replanted as an Orchard for Apple, Pear, and other trees. Pick your size private dog Park and property location. Remember, first come first serve. Turkey Burgers are available for free. Donations are appreciated. Sodas will be made available as well as “Boxed Water.” The property has an “ artesian well water supply system.” The property is planned to have electricity, water and have multiple outdoor doggie baths before the Holidays in December. Multiple levels of membership exists and SniffSpot is currently our primary outreach App. Founding Partners, Founding Associates, Founding Members, and Founding Bespoke Level Partners are all welcome on the property starting this weekend. The fencing concepts and landscape architecture concepts and drawings will be available to view on Facebook soon.

Fully fenced in yard. There’s a strip of grass for dogs to play. ( 1/2 shaded mid day ) Lots of room to roam- but mostly on rocks / sand ( can get hot during peak time ) . Dog pool with hose on side yard. Towels provided. There is an umbrella for shade over the pool for maximum relaxation. Outdoor hammock next to pool. Dog toy bin with used dog toys. Dog treats on back table for the goodest boys and girls & dog water bowl. Seating & table for humans ( in shade ). Water bottles for humans. Poop bags and bug spray also provided (on back table) as well as sunscreen and tanning oil ( next to the pool) . Hope you enjoy our space! * I will lock my dogs inside while you are here. They WILL bark. If you have a friendly dog who wants to play with a friendly bullmastiff, let me know. Our Phil is still just a puppy (1 yr) and loves dogs!

Country and forest life, rolled into one! Located in Wildwood Canyon, near Wildwood Canyon State Park with beautiful large Ancient Black Oak Trees that tower over our spot for natural shade. If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks.
