1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a dirt pile, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating plus 5 Adirondack chairs - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the bench seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! This is a hobby farm that is not child proofed or baby proofed and people tend to not pay as close attention to children and they wander, it’s a big safety concern for me. Sorry. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day.
