The large swimming pool provides a refreshing escape for dogs to splash around and cool off. The ample space in my backyard allows dogs to run around freely, getting the exercise they need to stay happy and healthy. Whether you prefer a group gathering or a private retreat, the option to reserve the space offers flexibility for any occasion. My passion for dogs is deep, including those with behavioral challenges. Providing essentials like doggie bags, sunscreen, tanning lotion, bug spray, food, and water shows my dedication to ensuring both the dogs and their owners have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The thoughtful amenities don't stop there – with outlets for charging phones and Wi-Fi for playing music on speakers, my backyard is designed to cater to modern needs while enjoying the outdoors. The inviting seating options, whether in the sun or shade, offer a cozy spot for dog owners to relax and watch their furry companions have a blast. The addition of an awesome hammock and lawn chairs adds a touch of luxury to the space, inviting guests to unwind and soak in the tropical oasis vibe my backyard exudes. Dog owners are encouraged to make use of the pool and hot tub, creating a true paradise for both human and canine guests alike. Overall, my backyard is a haven for dog lovers, providing a perfect setting for relaxation, play, and bonding with furry friends. Welcome to Hidden Tropical Oasis! We are grateful your booking with us. Please take note of the following important guidelines: - Your Fur babies count as a person when booking. -Clean up the poop in the yard from your Fur babies - Ensure the gate is closed behind you when entering or exiting. - Children must always be supervised and closely accompanied. - Alcohol is permitted; however, no glassware is allowed. Please use plastic or thermal drink-ware. - Keep music at a moderate volume before 10 AM and after 7 PM. - Plants should only be admired, not touched. - Smoking is allowed; please dispose of cigarette butts in the standing ashtray that is under the canopy. - There are two trash cans available, one near the pool and another by the grill. All trash must be picked up and thrown away. There will be a booking after yours. - If you purchased additional gas amenities (grill, heater, fire pits), please turn off the gas after use. - Feel free to use the provided plastic utensils, plates, cups, cocktail tools, towels, paper towels, and drinks in the fridge. - Sunscreen, lotions, a first aid kit, and doggy bags are also available for your convenience. - Kindly clean up after your children and fur babies. - Please allow sufficient time to collect your belongings and depart when your reservation ends. - If you have a vendor/ photographer of any kind, they count as an individual renting access to the backyard. - My neighbors have dogs, my neighbors cut their grass on the weekends. Its a residential neighborhood. I have no control over that. I do not want to hear about it in a review. - I am extremely accommodating, tell me if its a birthday, or celebration

Lush yard Fully Fenced Private Dog Park

Big park style back yard with lots of things to explore! Fully fenced and easy to access through driveway to gate. You can use the whole yard or smaller fenced section of the yard depending on preference. Some wooded areas in corners, many birds, squirrels and other small animals. Great amenities provided for humans including paved area for relaxing, hose and firepit. Plenty of space to run and play. Please no digging. Come over, park in driveway at the gate and enjoy the nature.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
