Description

Fully fenced back yard with reinforced fencing underneath to limit any tiny escape artists. Bunnies, chipmunks and birds to watch plus the scent of three dogs. Just added in an additional concrete pad and hot tub hence the hay. We ask to respect the patio and take all garbage with you as well as not opening or using the garage or hot tub. The TV is available for use but requires users to be familiar with Chromecast. Wi-Fi provided if requested. Toys, bowls, water and poop bags in the shed to the left of the hot tub.

Please be sure to limit digging! The swing is also decorative and cannot be used under the pergola. Please use the glider or additional seating instead. Water can be obtained from the rain barrel.
