IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This property is unadulterated nature right in town. 2 acres, unfenced. Actual access to property is located behind Bancroft Arena. From this access you rarely see or hear anything. Occasionally a loud cheer from the ball fields or the occasional big rig breaking can be heard but this is very rare. Although the Bancroft dog park is close in proximity, there is a significant amount of property between the two. Occasionally training whistles can be heard.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
