12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Fully fenced in yard for all pups to come and play at! We have a gazebo with 3 chairs and a small table for the humans as well. One doggy agility jump that is adjustable to any size dog! Water hose available, we also have a crazy daisy for pups to play with. Plenty of tennis balls and healthy treats as well. Water bowls and fresh water is available for dogs and humans!

We have 2.5 acres, 0.25 of which are fully fenced in. We have no neighbors in the back, so it’s completely private. We also back up to a cornfield, so the views are very pretty! We have a bunch of amenities available, so be sure to check out that section of our profile!
