Part of the yard is a hill, and some parts of the ground can be uneven. There is wildlife that visits outside the fence like deer, ducks, and raccoons. Occasionally, we've seen bobcats and possums. Water is inherently dangerous, and we would never directly encourage risky behavior. Walters 1 Acre Fully Fenced Wag and Run Yard

Beautiful 1 acre yard with shaded areas for your furbabies. Owner has cover area with table to sit and watch. Yard has plenty of room to play. Pool is covered for winter but will be pet friendly once spring is here. Private 2nd driveway with entrance into backyard.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
