1 acre lot for any dog to play in! If you'd like to meet/play with Romeo, that would be fine as long as your dog is friendly. We bought the place for Romeo to be able to play in and he loves it! All his energy is taken out with less than 1 hour of playing! Because of the summer heat, the grass also protects his paws from any burns and keeps him cool. Come play!

I have a great large half acre yard for doggies to run around in. My yard is perfect for zoomies and has lots of stimulation for both pups and humans. I don’t have a pool so you can throw the ball as hard as you like without concern. I have several areas that are free to use for digging doggies (any of the non-grass areas). Please no digging in the grass! Full water bowls and hoses (3+) are always accessible for your use. The walls are concrete cinder blocks all the way around with one exception (the entrance to the backyard which is 2 separate fences - one bar and one chain link - both over 6 feet tall). The walls are all over 6 feet, except for one side wall near the front yard which is about 5 feet tall (just past the storage sheds), and most dogs don’t go check out that area because the rest of the yard is so entertaining. Thus, unless you have a Great Dane or Mastiff who can hop on top of 6 foot cinder block walls, there should be no way to get out. Plenty of free street parking. If you park in the driveway, please leave the garage accessible so that I can exit if needed. There is enough space to park in the driveway as long as you angle in so that you aren’t on the white part of the driveway. Please clean up poo if you can (if you bring your own bags, there is a large garbage can next to the house where you can throw poo bags). If you don’t have bags, I can provide some, OR I have a pooper scooper in the orchard which you are free to use (preferred method). Just dump the poo in the poo place next to the pooper scoopers within the orchard (it will fertilize the plants). If you leave the poo for me to clean up, no biggie, just let me know so I can clean it up after you go. There is plenty of furniture, shade, hammocks, and entertainment for the humans. Furniture can be moved wherever you like and left there (I can move it back after you leave). There is a deck in the back desert which provides shade if the big trees aren’t shady enough (the rock wall on the back of the deck is still a work in progress). There are trapeze, slack lines, and climbing ropes for your entertainment. There is a natural and propane fire pit which are both available to use as long as you let me know in advance so I can prep them. There are many fruit trees that bloom seasonally. The figs, pomegranates, and jujubes are currently growing. Help yourself to anything growing. Nothing is toxic to the pups (as far as I know), though the figs act as a bit of a natural diuretic (for both humans and pups). If you come early, feel free to use the open area front yard (which is another large grass space) but please try to avoid damaging the pepper and tomato plants as they are delicate. If you need anything while you are here (more water for pups or beverages for humans) just shoot me a message and I will provide as quickly as possible. My dog and cats will not disturb you, as I will keep them inside. You may encounter neighborhood feral cats who frequent my yard, or my desert tortoises. Both are able to escape any overly interested pups. The feral cats will generally run but, if cornered, they may swipe at any aggressor (they are usually pretty docile, though). The tortoises only come out of their hole when it’s very hot, and will politely ignore you and your doggie if they are out and grazing. If your dog somehow flips a tortoise on their back, please flip them back on their feet, as that is really the only danger of hurting them. If your dog likes to go underground, beware that there is a tortoise burrow under the back garage where my tortoises live (my mini weenie dog can barely fit in the hole, to give you an idea of the size). *** March 2024 Update: Hey Sniff friends! We had to raise the price because pool cleaning time and effort has gone way up this year. It was either that or shut down our spot and we'd hate to make our pupper friends sad if we had to go that route. Thanks so much for your understanding. We LOVE having y'all as guests! *** We have a lovely .25 acre backyard with lots of different areas for your puppers to explore. They can zoom through the grass, dig in the rocks, pee on all the bushes, and (maybe most importantly) play in the pool! * Please note for reactive dogs: There are two neighbor pups to our right who are occasionally in their yard during Sniffspot visits. They tend to bark, so just a heads up if that may be problematic for your pet. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over their schedule or vocal talents. * A mini-fridge filled with cold water bottles for the humans (at no extra charge) and a hose and dog dish for your four-legged babies will be on-site at each booking. You're welcome to use the extra space in the fridge to keep your personal food stuff cool as well. POOL RULES: - No human swimmers. If you don't have four legs, you can't go in the water - no exceptions. - Brush your dogs before letting them in the water. Excess hair wreaks havoc on a pool's filtration system, upping our cleaning costs, which means we have to raise our price. We want to stay as affordable as possible so please do your part: be cool - don't get hair in the pool! - Put used towels in front of the patio door We don't heat the pool, but by late April, it's usually warm enough to swim in. That being said, your doggos are welcome to dive in all throughout the year, and we'll have towels at the ready to dry off their little tootsies and booties. (Again, dogs only in the pool - NO HUMANS ALLOWED). Please put used towels on the ground in front of the patio door. Let me know if you have any questions or needs. When I moved here with my 3 shepherds, they loved this yard! I want dogs of all sizes to enjoy it again. I still have toys for the pups to enjoy & I can leave out water bowls upon request. There’s also a pooper scooper by the trash can. The pups can enjoy the cool grass in the Vegas desert. Any questions or requests, please ask!

The Westleigh

Dog parties and evening sessions welcome! The Westleigh is a thoughtfully curated, cheerful and zen backyard space. Dogs and humans are welcome to all areas of the backyard (approx 6500 sq ft). A great place for dogs to explore and humans to relax! Fully fenced and secure. There is a fully restored vintage trailer that serves as a warming station and has a bathroom and cold drinks inside. Water bowls, a kiddie pool and splash pad available for the doggos.

A dog agility park with a pool that’s perfect for daytime fun and well lighted for nighttime visits too. Yes you can swim too along with your dog(s). Lots of space in a fenced in secluded yard with pool. Toys and dog swimming vest provided. Shaded area and drinking water for people and dogs. Dog agility tunnel and jumps. Make yourself at home.
