Hey y’all! I'm Karrie! My girlfriend, Catherine, and I live on an almost 1 acre lot with our Mountain Cur, Lincoln. He absolutely loves running, sniffing around, and chasing squirrels. We hope your pup will enjoy their time too! Our private back yard is about 0.75 acres. Fully fenced. Fire pit, patio, hammock, beautiful trees and flowers. Come check out your new safe space! We have driveway and street parking available. We will leave a welcome basket on the lower patio table (if we are home) with some amenities for your visit. Highly recommend the bug spray in the summer. *Guests are welcome to place their dog poo in our trash can. It’s the green one and will be on the right of the trash cans. You can use the provided bags or our handy dandy pooper scooper *If it has rained a lot & you’re unsure of how muddy it might be feel free to message me with a status before booking.

They usually keep to themselves, but if you see one, please approach with caution if your dogs are not familiar with cats.

We are so glad you found us! Three separate yards divided with v-mesh 5 foot tall horse fencing. The biggest one is 4 acres and the entire property is double fenced for lots of romping. Mowed weekly. Our park is located on a quiet neighborhood street which is also great for leash walking! Please remember to always pick up after you play. Toys, Chuck It, doggie pick up bags are all located at the entrance and we appreciate you placing them back where you found them. I rotate dog swimming pools, agility equipment and other fun activities weather dependent. Picnic table great for snacks and pup watching!

Enjoy almost 23 acres of secluded trails and a pond! There are several trails you are welcome to explore, however, only the main trail to the pond is marked with signs. Parking is in the grass field to left of the house (if you are facing the house). There is no drive, you pull into the field, drive to the back of the field, and park. You are welcome to play in the field but the trails and pond are the main attractions. It's about a 1/4 mi to the pond. The trails are hilly.

Lots of down trees, things to smell and horses roam here. Big open pastures. The fence has been damaged by the storm so the horses get through. This will be fixed by spring. They have been friendly so far. We may have carrots in the fridge for them. Beware of their droppings and don’t worry about what your dog leaves, although there is a trash can on the driveway. Everything for the people-tables, chairs etc is scattered around. Pool opens in summer. Dog bowls and kiddie pool-there is a spigot on the house close to the driveway. (Around toward the front from the back porch)
